I paid for a fast track ticket, but it's not delivered. Nevertheless the day after there is again 39,90 debitted from my bankaccount for an abonnement that I don't want.
Cordiali saluti
So they know very well that they are wrong, but still they steal your money. Shameless!

I wouldn't even give this company one star if possible. They are scammers! I was in a hurry to purchase a FastTrack Pass for a friend leaving early this morning. As it was very early, I just jumped out of bed and began looking for the airport site to purchase the pass. I FOOLISHLY ended up on PassFly, thinking it was affiliated with the actual airport (it was 5 am this morning). I'm usually extremely aware, but in my haste and lack of time, I purchased the Fast Track Pass. I immediately received an email stating my purchase didn't go through. Long story short, they got me! I flew over here to Trust Pilot one transaction too late. I ALWAYS check on Trust Pilot first, but as I've already mentioned, I thought it was a part of the actual airport's services. They said they will refund the €15,90 for the pass. I doubt that. The thing I know is that there better not be any other transaction from them on my card.
I found the page to unsubscribe since I DID NOT ask for a subscription, and have warned them that if any further transactions from them appear, they are TOAST! I DO NOT play games!!! I will be speaking with my bank, my police friends, and anyone else I need to contact. They've got the right person this time!!!!! How dare they pull the wool over consumers' eyes with this bull crap.
Once I begin, it won't end until I am convinced and satisfied.

Bought a fast track pass which was very misleadingly changed into a subscription without my consent. They refunded the pass I had cancelled but never mentioned a subscription. Avoid this companynat all costs

I am changing my review to a 3 because i did email this company and they have issued a refund. I do feel its a 3 because I do think its misleading to sign people up to when they think they are just buying a security fast pass.

I bought a couple of fast track passes for myself and my partner for our flight home. I checked my bank account the next day only to find Passfly had taken out a further £34.79! Having checked Trustpilot reviews,I found I'm not alone in this experience; It would appear that I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription along with my purchase of fast passes. Why do Passfly take out the subscription fee so soon? My previous experience with subscriptions is that a fee is taken out at least a month after your initial purchase, giving you time to cancel if you decide you don't wish to continue with a subscription or, in this case, realise, that you've signed up for something you don't want or need. I went onto the Passfly website to request a refund, which was flatly refused. I am not at all happy with the situation and would advise to avoid this company.

Approved a 10 EUR 1-off charge for fast-track at Bucharest Airport in February.
This fast-track was unable to be fulfilled and so was sent a note informing me I would be refunded.
Turns out that in parallel they have been charging my card 29 EUR p/month for the past few months and I've just noticed.
Googling I now see this trustpilot page and that i'm not alone in this happening.
I've asked for a full refund but no doubt will be informed that it's part of their small-print which i agreed to, but i actually don't think it's mentioned anywhere as i certainly would not have proceeded. I have no desire or need for whatever the service is they are peddling.
Passfly you need to do the right thing and refund me and stop deceiving people - catching them into your web when all they want is to fast-track once (something you can't even provide).

UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS TAKEN
I have written a formal complaint to PassFly regarding unauthorised charges taken from my bank account.
In January, I made a one-off payment for two FastTrack tickets for speedy boarding, via the PassFly website. At no point did I knowingly sign up for, consent to, or authorise any ongoing subscription service.
However, I have since discovered that the three monthly payments have been taken from my account without my knowledge or consent, surmounting to over £80 in unauthorised payments.
I did not knowingly set up and have no understanding of what service it relates to. It is a subscription service which appears to have been activated without clear and informed consent.
Having since reviewed public feedback on Trustpilot, it is evident that this is not an isolated incident, which raises serious concerns about the company’s practices and compliance with UK consumer protection standards.
Under the Consumer Duty obligations introduced by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), firms are required to act in good faith, avoid causing foreseeable harm, and ensure customers are able to make informed decisions. It appears that PassFly processes may fall short of these requirements.
I have requested a full refund and await a response.
I will escalate this complaint to my bank to initiate a chargeback and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies, including the Financial Ombudsman Service and Trading Standards.
Please consider the information you read here and from other reviewers prior to engaging with the company.
Additional comment:
I see you have replied but unfortunately I can’t understand it as it is written in French.

I did not receive the product for which I was charged. Having read the reviews since I have requested immediate cancellation of my account and and a refund of all charges.
I hope this will be resolved quickly.

take a subscription payment but make it look like one-off - scam.

Signed me up to a subscription. Deliberate deception.
They refund you if you write / call and complain but this honestly should be illegal.

I tried to purchase the “Fast Track” service on two separate occasions. In order to do so, you are required to register on the website. After completing the process, I received a cancellation of the service both times and the payment was refunded.
My surprise came three months later, when I realised that I had been charged €29.90 every month for a subscription. When you register on the website, you are in fact automatically enrolled in a subscription without being clearly informed. On their homepage they mention the subscription for anyone who wants it, but if you only wish to purchase a one-time service, they allow you to complete the entire process without ever warning that you are also subscribing.
Important information is deliberately hidden. Be very careful if you intend to purchase a one-time service, because you will end up subscribed to Passfly and will find recurring charges on your bank account — even though the service you attempted to purchase was never provided and was cancelled by them.
In addition, during the customer support chat, the chat suddenly disappeared and they stopped responding. They have refused to provide the necessary information for me to file a formal complaint.
This is a complete scam.
23/02/2026 Finalmente me han devuelto los importes cobrados indebidamente.

Do not touch this co. It’s a scam and fraudulent if u book a pass you will receive nothing and then need to cancel your card as they steal from it and don’t fall that junk reply of theirs more lies and deception!

Reply from Passfly
Absolute scam. Avoid by all means!
They send you an email to tell you they are unable to deliver the fast track, then charge every month on your account without telling you.

I didn’t expect such a noticeable difference, but Fast Track was absolutely worth it. The airport was crowded, yet I avoided the long lines at security and immigration. Everything worked smoothly from start to finish, and I arrived at my gate with time to spare and actually had time to relax before boarding

I registered to try and book a fast track for CDG airport, they cancelled the fast track and refunded me, but continued to charge subscription fee ( that was extremely well hidden if present at all during registration). Now over $200nzd spent. Absolute scam -

This is a scam!!!! Do not use it!!!! No refund and endless subscription!!!!

Reply from Passfly
Absolute scam. Cancels your booking immediately then signs you up to a monthly subscription you had no idea you took out! Avoid at all costs

Reply from Passfly
This website operates as a scam. It automatically enrolls users into a subscription without clear consent, and when a refund is requested, they refuse by claiming it is “company policy” that payments are non-refundable. This practice is deceptive and misleading
