I've been using PassioneUnghie products for years since I used to live in Italy and I'm so happy they are finally available in the UK market! Their poducts are second to none. Delivery is very fast and the customer service is polite and efficient!

I ordered some gel polishes and they arrived very quickly. I’ve tried them straight away and I’m impressed by their high pigmentation. Highly recommended

after a first order that i have received and after spending over £80 in value i was encouraged enough to place another! To be honest , first order came on time , nicely packed and with satisfactory quality and i was NOT charged for the delivery as advertised on the webpage and marketing emails sent to me in the meantime !
You can imagine my surprised when only barely few weeks later i am being charge over £16.00 for delivery of same amount of goods to the same address ! Thinking, how it must be a glitch in the system i contacted customer services and explained my situation ! This is where conundrum of stupid started ! After three email exchanges i could not explain and convince the person across, that if you are advertising FREE DELIVERY OVER £70.00 To UK that means Scotland as well !!!!! Apparently, Scotland is outside UK and Weals borders and therefore the only option is to deliver the goods via DPD for over 16.00 ponds sterling !?!?! So even though i have tried to explain and kindly asked for them to review delivery charges they have opted to loose the business of over £70 then to check a map of UK ! Personally to me this is misleading as well as misrepresentation but evidently they do not care !!!

Very, very disapointed. I have ordered 6 nail polish gels and a brush. They were delivered quick and the customer support was amazing, BUT... considering the price is above the average I have expected profesional reaction to my problem. All the colours I have ordered were totally different than the pictures on the website. And it's not just a tone or two difference I'm talking about sky blue and turquoise difference. I have decided I don't want to pay that much money for colors I already have and requested to return the products. Unfortunately I was told I cannot return the unsealed gel polishes ( I had to open the bottles, so I make sure the colours are different not only outside the bottle, but inside as well. Very very disapointed. I hope people will see my comment and not shop there, unless they want total surprise of the colours they order.
