I found the website impossible to use and the chat agents not that knowledgable, but when I called I spoke to an agent pretty quickly and I found the agent very understanding and helpful. When I received the email with my visas attached they were mis-marked so it appeared I was sent the same visa twice instead of two different ones. I found the cost significant for very little help. Another company I have used provides written guidance on how to answer some questions to assist in completing the visa applications correctly.

I have used them in the past for visas, both for me and family members. Always great service. I will use them again.

EASY VISA FOR BRAZIL I tried go teg my visa directly through the Brazil link, but it was a bit daunting. Then I found this app. and I was all set. It was easy to follow instructions to obtain my visa. At one point I thought they did not get my photos, but I got in touch with them and they found them in no time, and I was set to go. They care for their customers! Other websites take forever to connect with an agent, but not so with this app. I highly recommend it.

This is indeed a legit service that delivers excellent results. Customer service is quick and very helpful, they responded to me in a timely manner with every question I had. I used this service for a Chinese Z Visa and was very happy with how quickly they got my passport out to the embassy and back!
