Great work by all the ones that have cleaned my windows. Polite, hard working, and careful of your property.

First wash yesterday having signed onto the window cleaning service a few weeks ago. I fully support the idea of giving jobs to our service personnel so was happy to sign up
I love the app and information sent before cleaning as it helps me plan to be in, or out, with my dog so the cleaning doesn't distress her.
It looks like a good job was done quickly and efficiently, so far I'm very impressed.

Always super efficient,(customer for around a year now!) arrive on the day agreed -with an email reminder the day before so if you’re working from home there’s no jump scare, and always super friendly! Great value too- thanks!

Signed up to these guys thinking it was a good idea and I needed a window cleaner. What a shame they don't turn up/ turn up late on random days. The most off putting thing for me though was the fact that they make it impossible to cancel and just take money out of your bank. I've had to ring the bank and report it as fraud today. No company should be allowed to take reoccurring payments and make it impossible for the customer to cancel. They are now blocked from taking payments and a new card has been reissued.
Don't use them. Unreliable, aggressive sale tactics and if you want to cancel it's impossible to do.

James (the window cleaner) turned up, parked well, not like others. Said hello and got straight to work, did a great job and locked up after himself.

Had to wait all month. Bit dubious. Unfortunately they never turned up for the service.
Emailed and phoned with no response.
So had to cancel my bank cards incase they scam more money out of me. Bit of an inconvenience

It could have been an actually good business' idea to earn a honest living, I don't how far they think they will last not being transparent or potentially conning people

Ok to be honest they have not been cleaned for a long time upstairs sills are not good still dirty windows all round look better thanks

First clean today and James and Brad did a great job. I wouldn't say cleaning my windows is particularly straightforward either. I live in a three storey townhouse, and the only access to the back windows is through the house. They were very courteous, and careful when bringing their equipment through to the back. The job was done very quickly, and to a good standard.
I'd recommend Patch and will be having them back again.
