We are very happy with our new flooring in the hallway,living room and kitchen areas. The service we have recieved from first visit to the end of fitting was excellent. Mitch, Bobby, Stuart and George have looked after us from day one. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Patchwork flooring have carpeted my hall stairs and landing. We had great service from start to finish, charlotte and patch gave great advice and recommendations. They clearly are very knowledgable and believe in the their products and the fitters did a fantastic job too . We are very pleased with the result, it’s made a big difference to our home and we would happily recommend them to anybody.

Excellent from start to finish, very helpful and knowledgeable, the laminate flooring for our kitchen and utility was completed with no fuss; the workmen were in and out with no bother at all would recommend to anyone 👍

Our project covered varied and uneven surfaces. Stuart recommended COREtec LVT which has worked perfectly and looks great. We are delighted with the finished flooring and would recommend Patchwork for their comprehensive and friendly advice. A pleasure to deal with this Company.

We had some laminate flooring done by Patchwork Flooring in September and we highly recommend them! Patrick was friendly and very knowledgeable, giving us advice on the flooring that was best for our needs. The fitters were friendly and professional, finishing the job to a high standard. We have been very happy with the flooring we went with and will definitely use them again in the future. We would highly recommend them!

We spotted Patchwork from their new signage up and around the Stourbridge ring road - perfect timing as we were having some building work done at that very moment and were in the market for a carpet. We had planned to return to the same carpet guy that we have always used but thought 'why not pop in and take a look at the new kids on the block'. WOW, glad we did! 🤩

You know that carpet shops are usually dingy, dark, and a little bit smelly (come on, i don't mean to be stereotypical but they're all pretty similar) and not really a place you want to spend your Saturday 🤷‍♀️.

Patchwork is NOTHING like this. The showroom is up to date (and on trend) and the guys in there are so friendly, down to earth and super knowledgeable (shout out to Patrick and Malcom 🙌 ).

I loved the fact that the business is a family business (also met Patrick's beautiful wife Charlotte who is super cool and helpful) and they genuinely have your best interests at heart.

They listen to your vision, and work with you to find the best carpet or flooring to suit you and your room. I feel like i could lay a carpet i've learnt that much!

I can't tell you what a different experience it has been buying from Patchwork. They delivered and fit the carpet, even helping move our bed back into the room afterwards AND sorting out our uneven floorboards in our victorian ancient home! The fitters were so lovely and friendly (Russ and Brock) and my little boy was fascinated watching them at work. We have a slight join (weird-shaped room) and you can't even see it, like AT ALL and they took ALL the rubbish away and hoovered the carpet once they had finished! ✅

I also need to highlight the attention to the little details. I always thought there was one kind of underlay and one kind of door bar - but i have now seen the light. Patrick talked about the finishes in my new bedroom and all the little touches that have made it pull together (brushed brass sockets, door handles etc) and showed me a gorgeous collection of door bars (the bit where the carpet meets the doors). Although a little more expensive than the standard door bars, boy can you tell the difference! They totally add class to the room, and i am now going to change them all through the house they look that good!!!

The carpet looks AWESOME, the PRICE was good, the fit was fabulous. I seriously couldn't recommend these guys enough. THEY ARE THE BEST (well that i have ever come across anyway!)

If you need carpets, vinyl, wood, laminate, LVT (even artificial grass!) then you need to head on down to PATCHWORK! 🥳 🙌 🎉

Patchwork flooring have been great from start to finish! Patch himself was extremely knowledgable and pointed us in the right direction for herringbone flooring in our hall and kitchen.
Nothing was too much trouble for the guys on the job as there was a lot of prep needed, the overall service and fitting have been fantastic. I’d definitely recommend Patchwork Flooring and would use again!

We recently had a carpet fitted. Great quality, and fitters were quick and clearly experienced. Customer service was excellent, and an after care phone call to make sure we were happy with everything was a refreshing change. Will use again.

Had flooring fitted throughout the majority of our new home in 2021, including carpets & vinyl both upstairs and downstairs. All done to the highest standard and still looking just as good as the day it was laid. We also recently had our landing and staircase carpeted in a runner style which was no easy task, as this included navigating a mid-landing and installing Victorian style stair clips, but the fitters were knowledgable and professional throughout and the whole lot turned out just perfect. Would highly recommend!
