Great EHR and Onboarding Experience!

Great EHR and Onboarding Experience!

I have not had a positive experience with an EHR prior to onboarding with Tebra. Angelica and her team have been amazing throughout this experience. The communication and follow up is very clear and organized. I never questioned where we were in the process, or what was next.

I have now successfully completed day 1 using Tebra with my patients and it's been very smooth and my patients are very happy.

Diego did an awesome job helping setup…

Diego did an awesome job helping setup my Tebra EMR. He was always very patient & had the answers to my questions. The system is very easy to maneuver your way around the EMR. I really like the ability that Tebra is able to be shared on the internet with the scheduling links for my patients.

When tickets are placed for a work…

When tickets are placed for a work order, it is taking Tebra customer service a whole week sometimes longer just to respond that they received the ticket and are investigating. Then another week almost to get someone to try to assist. Most times, the issue is already resolved by my team. I am still waiting on an issue regarding birthday messages to be addressed. I sent a ticket in 3 weeks ago and still no resolution. Very disappointed with customer service and considering switching EHR.
