Worst experience ordering from their site, don't bother, they say 2 days to deliver but its a lie, order sites unfulfilled for a week. No human customer service all replies are AI. Never again, go in store or order from 3rd party, they dont have their distribution set up to take orders directly.

FANTASTIC!!!! I can not buy lip gloss Prima Donna in UK so I shipped from USA and it was great price, customs included, free shipping over 40 pounds and FedEx was on time. What not to like. GREAT. Best lip gloss ever so is delivery. 5 star

Elson4 Liquilust is less than legendary in terms of wearability.
I am so disappointed by this lip colour. The colour itself is stunning, and the only reason this gets one star. But the "stay" factory of this lip colour is so poor. It comes off on everything. I was expecting it to be a colour lock colour that dries and doesn't budge but it's been on an hour and I feel like it's everywhere!!!

I bought the lipstick Ibsessed!, Elson and Elson 4. All of them are bad, with very bad quality and the worst is that they are having tons of chemicals which are dangerous for the health. I check them with the nontoxic apps. Very, very disappointed. And when you thing about how expensive they are and this bad quality… it’s are shame. YSL, Dior, Chanel and RMS, Sephora and other luxury brands are not using this harsh chemicals. Why Pat McGrath is using them and is not thinking about the health of her clients?

Don't buy these products Eye shadow quad turned to dust by the time i was home and opened it. Customer Services Awful attitude. Should be an International Customer Service Policy. Avoid these products.

The pressed power is terrible - for the amount that you have to pay for it, every single one of them have crumbled and emptied all over my carpets TWICE. The foundation is runny and goes everywhere - I just can’t justify the price anymore unfortunately - they definitely have a quality issue and these influencers don’t tell you the truth as they want to remain on the PR list - which is a shame

Great product. Recently ordered lipsticks and they came as have previously done, within a week.

The only problem just now is the foundation shade I need is out of stock and has been for many months . No idea when it is expected to be back in stock

I placed an order on 23/11/2024. The order got delivered and signed for by someone I have never heard of on 27/11/2024. I had been asked to wait about 7 days to see if it shows up. It hasn’t shown up and it’s taken me to email every single day since 27/11/2024 and I have still received no resolution to this. I paid a lot of money and am just really upset that I have no order and not sure what Pat McGrath will do to assist me. I feel quite disappointed. I’m just left in limbo. It’s been a really unsatisfactory experience. I love Pat McGrath make up but this experience has really felt like a complete let down. The adviser suggested I try to locate the parcel. All I had on the Fed Ex delivery receipt was a name of a person who signed for the parcel but no address. I don’t think it’s right that the onus is on me to find a missing parcel! No one has delivered the parcel to me. I have e mailed repeatedly and am receiving no responses as to what will happen next.

Nice products but this company is hugely irresponsible for the wasteful packaging they still use despite the backlash. My order today arrived yet again with hundreds of sequins and in plastic. Not good enough in 2024.

I recently visited Pat MaGrath in Selfridges Birmingham and did not enjoy my experience when I asked a male to help me with eyeshadow, I asked about eyeshadows and then asked if he could apply some on me, and he was very aloof, I felt that because I am ethnic and in my fifties that I was not worth the time, he didn’t engage with me. Unprofessional and prejudice staff although Pat McGrath has achieved so much herself for diversity.

Bought a 4 eyeshadow pallet set for around £60 and one of the colours just had a top layer of sparkle and underneath it’s got no sparkle very poor pigment.

I’ve emailed their customer service team 3 times with the receipt from Selfridges and photos and had no reply.

We ordered some product from Pat McGrath and one of the items was unsatisfactory. We had to have it delivered to Canada from the USA with a special order through a postal forward. By the time we got the product it was past the 30 day policy . once we contacted customer service they would not stand by their product. It did not work and would not provide coverage. We asked to return an unopened product and they refused. We were marginally over the return period. Horrible customer service and a bad product. Not an acceptable outcome!

They charged me for a gift with purchase that was added to my basket automatically, they said it was my responsibility to double check over everything before checking out. ( When I didn't choose the item in the first place). They wouldn't give me a refund and I would have to pay to international return the product I didn't choose myself.

Bought a lip kit and the wrong product was dispatched - when I queried it, customer service was appalling and told me they ran low of stock so sent me something else. They didn’t let me know before the order arrived and have essentially made me feel like it’s my fault?! Absolutely appalling.

I bought a lipstick for my Daughter she loved it colour and design beautiful great then I liked it so much my Daughter ordered one for me I was using my other lipstick for a while then opened the new one and it was broken

Quick delivery and the mascara is extremely good

I waited 13 days and my order had still not been dispatched, so I contacted the company and they did not answer me. I then got a refund notice with no explanation. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time. Don't order from this company.

Never had such a bad experience in online shopping. Same storry as all the others: still no delivery and zero communication. Don’t buy anything here!

Thankfully I only bought something cheap, but no reply from this company and no sign of my order weeks later! Shocking, hard to believe they treat customers like this when social media is so accessible for reviewers. Terrible.
