After "upteen" years with AT&T
After "upteen" years with AT&T, along with their price increases, I decided to look elsewhere. I was a little hesitant because AT&T gave a Veteran Discount. Then I found out that Patriot Mobile did the same. It was time to switch. Although the AT&T showed all of our phones as being unlocked, one wasn't. It was a bit of a headache dealing with AT&T, trying to get to talk to a real person, I finally got it done with the technical help from Patriot. Then because of a health situation, my doctor recommended an Apple Watch. So I had to get an iPhone, adding it to my account as a 3rd line was easy using the Patriot Website. Being a conservative Christian, Patriot appealed to me in a way that wasn't just saving money.

Superb Customer Service; Excellent Signal
Patriot Mobile has done customer service right!! Switching was simple on a phone I purchased online. For a phone purchased through a big-name carrier was a challenge due to them having the phone locked. Their online "help" said it wasn't. HA!! So, Patriot's customer service was superb and helped me with a great work-around. We're happy campers and have more bars of signal than we ever did. Thank you Patriot!!!

I have a problem accessing my voicemail. I have called 3 times, I was told someone from tier 2 woucall me, they did not. I have not had voicemail for 2.5 months and no one seems willing or able to help. I love Your values. But that only goes so far. I need a phone that works.

The cell service is much better than before. Many more bars and lots of 5G+ service. Even very rural forested areas frequently has 5G.
