1) AT&T - very bad connection; 2) switched to T-Mobile - trying to send urgent medical pic from phone to email for doctor - been waiting 30 minutes to receive Overall customer service has been great, but if connectivity is sketchy - that's not good 3) I don't want to switch to Verizon - I can't trust that connectivity will be any better

My only complaint is when calling someone, the name that appears on their phone is "Patriot Hellix". This causes confusion and most often the person I call hangs up since the caller ID is not recognize.
I've called customer service but have yet to receive help.

One of the only Cellular Phone Companys that have Americans with good Christian values , to assist You with any problems or questions that You may have. I personally do not like having to try and understand talking to someone that is working from India and talking with a heavy Indian accent. Their prices are very good and at least competitive to any other Cellular service.
