A wide range of footware
The lady who served me was pleasant and polite served quickly and efficiently . Plenty of choice in shoes, sandals and trainers with extra wide too which is what i needed. Overall a good shopping experience .

Great service
The member of staff was very helpful with great knowledge. I wanted a pair of shoes for my dad and the lady was able to order them in and I was very pleased with the quick and pleasant service.

Great staff
The staff and manageress were brilliant. I ordered some sandals before moving from Lincoln to Poole and I'd forgotten about it and I didn't receive the usual email telling me they were in the shop. This was back in march. I went into the shop with the receipt and it was sorted out for me straight away. Very efficient and friendly service. With the refund, I bought a different pair, I'm very happy to have such a great store close to home. Not all stores are blessed with such great staff. Thanks you so much.

Delivery to store very fast

No customer service….
When I had found the sandal I wanted I asked if I could try the next size up to compare for foot room and width. I was told where the size was and expected to find it myself with no help, I was the only customer in the shoe department at the time it was early. A little more help and customer service would have been appreciated, instead of having to walk across the department with one sandal on. I couldn’t find a size 6 so I bought the size 5 because I liked them but had no comparable size.
