It was a gift for my sister and the pictures I provided were all I had. The staff was able to enhance them to make the dogs look fantastic. She said is was the best Christmas gift ever!!

I had to say goodbye to my beautiful cat Willow one week before Christmas 2023 at 20 years of age. I have purchased a canvas from Paw and Glory before so I went back to them with a photo of Willow . She has been immortalised as The Queen of The North from Game of Thrones. Nothing will bring her back but they have done a magnificent job and the canvas hangs on the wall in my living room. She is watching over us. Thank you Paw and Glory it makes an awful situation easier to bear.

No issues. Simple process.

I ordered a mug. Everything was going fine and the communication via WhatsApp was great.
Then my Royal Mail app notified me that the item had been sent back to the sender (Paw & Glory) because the address where it has to be delivered to (me) was wrong. I did not send an incorrect address when I placed the order.
I tried to get in touch via WhatsApp and called the number on the website and left a voicemail. Nobody bothered to get back to me and the item I ordered was a gift for someone.
So, I have been left in limbo with no contact or explanation. So, I have had to order a gift from somewhere else.
What a waste of time and money.

I have received the portrait & I am not happy with the quality, the print is creased in the frame and also when I removed the protective cover the plastic is scratched, there are also marks on the frame, this is a gift & I do not feel comfortable gifting this item. I am truly disappointed with what I have paid for

Can not praise everyone involved with my order enough, customer service were amazing when I needed a size amendment with responses coming back within an hour or so! But the star is the person who did my art for me, as we have lost our gorgeous boy I didn’t have a picture of him just as I wanted so this angel of a person has used all the pictures I’ve sent to make him just right! It was an emotional experience seeing how perfect the final piece is I can’t thank you all enough!

The amount of money I paid for a plastic dollar store frame, not even real glass, with a print that costs 5.00 to make. WHAT A JOKE> I would NEVER even think of recommending this site. SCAM>

Ordered over two weeks ago and approved the proof two weeks ago, no updates since despite me chasing. Now just got an email inviting me to pay for express shipping for an extra £10?? Maybe I wouldn't need to pay for express shipping if they shipped on time? Order 15685. I have asked for a call asap. Hope they respond. Looks like this won't make it in time for xmas. Disappointing.

Delivery a little slow as I believe they were inundated with orders but the customer service and responsiveness was very good. So thank you. I haven’t seen the finished product as it’s going straight to my friends but I bought one before and it was brilliant.
