Absolutely unbelievably good services, prior, during and post my order. The print I requested was a challenge and Paw & Glory did an absolutely amazing job and delivered a masterpiece. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a print of their animal(s). From experience delays with a different company I ordered with Paw & Glory with little notice as the print was a birthday gift and they delivered in such a short timeframe which was greatly appreciated.

Good quality and unique
This company was fantastic to work with. The picture was unique and good quality. I am a perfectionist and very hard to please. The original photo that I sent could have been better. If I had taken the time (just before Christmas)to read and understand exactly how this works, I would have sent a better photo. This is the reason I didn't give 5 stars as I'm not 100% satisfied and I thought it was a little overpriced. I would recommend this company and use them again. I was impressed with customer service.

Poor Quality. Lies about their refund policy.
The artwork provided was a quick photoshop that is of very poor quality.
On their website at the time of purchase it clearly states “ To ensure this you have the opportunity to cancel your order at any point before it is printed for a 100% refund. No questions asked. This means if you don't like it, you don't pay for it!”
However, when I asked for my refund they charged me 25% of the order and took weeks to even respond to my email.
Do NOT work with paw and glory
UPDATE: In response to their reply. The terms of a 100% refund were listed on your website at the time of purchase in December. You can add dishonesty the list of attributes of Paw and Glory

A fabulous present for any pet lovers!
A brilliant present for pet lovers! The artwork PROOF was provided very quickly after purchasing.
My only criticism is, it was very difficult to find a suitable frame for the A4 design and there was a white strip on the side of the final print (assuming it was slightly off centre in the printing process).
However, my recipients adored the gift and I certainly would use Paw & Glory again in the future!
