This used to be such a brilliant company, got all my tags here and used them for many years, but since the name changed, it's gone downhill. Now it's hard to even get a reply from them, I have tried twice in the last few weeks and not one responce.
sad really because I love the product, it's the service that lets the company down with lack of customer service.

Quality tags, we're a daycare and all of our dogs need a Paws and Pause tag. Pawesome Pet Tags delivered durable tags that came out looking great!

Firstly you need to know that your item will only be posted on the last Monday of the month so if you need it to ensure your pet is safe, I addition to the chip, you might be displeased waiting. Mine arrived three weeks after ordering and it’s not great. It’s hard to read the writing and the sevens look like ones. The actual tag is very basic and the attaching ring is poor quality and thin. I won’t be using this tag and will have to look somewhere else for a better quality clearer one.

I havnt received my order and have been in touch via the website to ask if they would help. It's 5 weeks since I paid for it. Its axweek since i queried it. Not very helpful!!

Lovely tags but take forever to arrive. The first one was nearly 3 weeks, the second one I ordered got to two weeks and then I received a refund saying the business is closing. Shame because the tags are gorgeous but it's just such an unreliable service.

I ordered two tags and one of them was engraved with the wrong name. I have emailed the company over and over to try and get this exchanged but no one has got back to me. I will happily update my review once this issue has been sorted as the tags themselves are good quality, but the customer service is letting the company down at the moment.

These are the cutest tags! This Is the second set I've ordered from Hannah as we've just moved house. They look lovely and last really well - no scratches or fading.
Customer Service is fab, Hannah was really responsive and genuinely helpful with a font query I had. Highly recommended and will definitely order again when the pooches need a colour change! Thank you!

lovely tag! I reached out to them after my original tags writing was a tad difficult to read and they were super helpful and sent me a new one fully adjusted! would highly recommend:)

Fantastic costumer service and durable and refined dog tags. We own a dog day care and our clients love the tags too. Delivery is quick too which is always a plus.

Website very easy to use, quality of tags are amazing & very good value for money. I love that you can choose any combination of colour's you like, the tags are very tough & do not scratch, brilliant that they are waterproof too.
Only one criticism, I rang Hannah as the tags still hadn't arrived after 10 days, I just wanted to know when they had been posted. I was asked to send an email with the order number on & the date of the order which I did, to-date I still haven't received any reply.

It was such a quick and easy process to order the tags and they were delivered much quicker than I expected! I couldn't be happier with how they turned out and I would recommend Pawesome Pet Tags to everyone!

Absolutely amazing quality! I have been using the pet tags for 3 months now and I can’t see any wear from use. They are looking as new as they did from first use. Communication with them was on point and full review of logo before being made!

Got in touch to order a batch of custom tags for my Dog Walking business & had a great overall experience and result. Communication was great and they were very helpful, and my tags arrived in good time. I'm really pleased with the results, the tags are really great quality, very professional looking and certainly durable so far - they've already been through lots of testing in different conditions, and I can tell they're going to last really well. I would absolutely do business with these guys again, and will be back in touch if and when I need more tags in future!

Excellent dog tag. Love it. I’m going to get some others done so that my dog can have a different tag and collar in his wardrobe for different occasions throughout the year.
