I excitedly ordered 3 pairs of socks with 3 different pets pictures on them. I don’t recall when I ordered them or exactly when they arrived but they *finally* did. I received tracking information and it never changed. I called their 24/7 (that’s a joke) phone number and never got an answer. When the socks finally arrived, I was shocked that some company would market and actually produce something so shabby and ridiculous. They are nothing more than glorified tube socks. Not at all like they are pictured. Of course I knew I would get no where with the company so I opened a dispute with PayPal. The company first offered me $10 as settlement. I declined. Then they offered me a full refund once I returned the socks. I tried to talk to PayPal about my concerns but got no where. I do not feel that it was my responsibility to absorb the cost for shipping to China. I also didn’t want my pets pictures floating around with someone else. They sent an inferior product and I believe I should have had a full refund. Stay away from these people! They go by several different names!

I gave it a 1 because I had to give it something. I ordered 11/4. Sent several emails back to back to back with no responses. Finally got a response saying they tried to reach me. Yeah ok. Sent them another email around December 15th a month after I ordered and they said the website says it could take so many days before it ships. Whatever. I ordered 6 pairs I just got 5 on January 4th. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this place. I ordered from Pupsocks also and got them within a months time. But they said on their website orders after December 4th would not be guaranteed for Xmas. I’d order from them again which I did and it only took 2 weeks not 2 months.

Do not order from this company. They are a scam. The website says 5 to 10 business days. I ordered something on December 3rd and it's now January 6th and I still haven't received it. I asked for my money back, I asked to speak to a manger and no one calls me back. I've left emails and voice mails since after Christmas. Total scam. They even charged my account the day after I ordered but didn't ship my product until after Christmas. I checked the tracking the finally sent, my product is in china!!! Total waste of money

I reached out to customer service twice before ordering, w no response. I decided to order elsewhere, but then PawLibra updated their site with a Christmas promotion and new, all-positive, reviews. So I took my chance.

Bad move on my part.

1) I tried to cancel my order a few days after placing it, when they finally responded to my multiple attempts to get order/tracking info, and they told me they could not make 10 of the 12 pairs I ordered. They replied they had worked it out and all were in production.

2) When a week later there was no shipping info, I emailed multiple times until they finally replied the items were still in production, and would take another 14-42 days to ship. I then cancelled via email again.

3) I wrote a negative review on Paw Libra's site, only to have it taken down and replaced with a positive review that said the converse or all I wrote the next day.

4) I escalated to Paypal. After they opened a dispute, Pawlibra rush shipped one of the 12 pairs of socks, if you could even call them socks. They are more like cheap, heelless tubes of polyester. My first-grade daughter made a ski hat in art class with scraps of old sweater and fat yarn that is more believable as a hat than these are as socks.

5) Paypal said this counted as having shipped me goods, so initially would not refund me. I, fortunately (after like 4 hours of my time) got a resolution from them.

6) I received one other pair of "socks". I am assuming that will be it of the 12, but if not, I will at least get a laugh each time I open a package from them, as the poor quality is truly entertaining.

I have heard they work under a few names. Including here so it comes up in searches. Paws Libra, Paw Libra, PawsLibra, PawLibra, Doggy Mech, Doggie Merch.

Do not order from this company. I placed my order at the beginning of November for Christmas presents and heard nothing, I e-mailed them and they said they were sorry but it takes time to do these products and that they will e-mail me when it was ready for dispatch. They e-mailed me on December 16th... still do not have my order and it’s now January 3rd. This is a scam website. If you have paid with Visa get them to open a dispute and get your money back. Scum bags. There are a lot of these scam websites out there, not just pet stuff, clothes, shoes, you name it so be very vigilant when choosing where you buy from.

I received my pillow today. It is a gift for my daughter. To my delight, she loves it very much. Thank you, pawlibra. I am thinking to buy another gift for her, too.

I ordered a custom dog pillow 6 weeks ago and it just arrived. Shipping took WAY too long and customer service is horrible. The pillow itself is super low quality. The picture came out black it's so embarrassing and disappointing. I sent them a bright photo of our beloved family dog and it came out so dark you can barely tell it's our dog. I will NEVER buy from them again and I highly recommend that you don't either. I will be opening a dispute with PayPal and trying to get my money refunded.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing, but it seems like we all purchased around the same time.

I ordered on 11/26/18 for Christmas present.
Pillow, socks, christmas socks, keychain.

It is 12/30. I haven't received them yet.
Seems like it's being sent from China.
1st set was shipped on 12/13. Unable to check tracking.
2nd set was shipped on 12/21. Was able to track, and I might receive it tomorrow.

I guess we all got the same replies. "Wait FEW MORE DAYS"

Update: Received 2 out of 5 items a few days ago.
Our famous TUBE socks was one of them, and a faded cushion.
It is 1/4/19. When I checked status, it says "complete".
I've already contacted PAYPAL, and reported scam on BBB.
Hopefully, I can get refund for the ones that I haven't received.
Or else, I will be getting 2 more TUBE socks..... and a mini faded cushion keychain.....

So I ordered a pair of socks for my boyfriend for Christmas with his dogs face on them as a joke, but he loves socks so I know he would definitely wear them! First of all I ordered the socks a month before Christmas because I know most places get busy and backed up around the holidays. I had to reach out to the company because I never received a confirmation for the order and then because it was getting super close to Christmas and I had heard nothing from them then out of nowhere I get an email stating it could take anywhere from 7-20 business days to get them.. The socks came in 2 days after Christmas, and they aren't even socks! They have no heel at all so when you put them on they are just awkward and weird, you literally can't wear them! I have never seen a pair of socks with no heel before, it's literally a straight tube with no bends at all. The website is definitely deceiving, I would never purchase from them again, Do not waste your money on these people! Pay a little more to a company that actually knows how to make socks!

Don’t answer emails. Takes way to long to ship. S&!t customer service! I have yet to receive items I purchased dec 8th 2018

I ordered two pillows on Nov 22nd and I did not receive them until Dec 26th. They were to be Christmas gifts,but the quality was so poor I would have been embarrased to give them so they will end up in the trash. Do not waste your money.

I ordered something in early November and as of Dec 21, still do not have it. All responses to any kind of follow up is "your order is in process" and "don't worry we will send it when it is done." Money already gone and no Christmas gift to show for it. Stay away from this company.

Horrible company never received my pillow for my neice though they took my money with no problem. I will be spreading the word about them every where I can.

FAKE Website owned by Doggie Merch and Pet Ninja. Same company. ALL SCAMMERS. They take your money, never deliver products and leave you, the consumer, to argue with your bank to get your money back. AWFUL.
