Don't believe all the good review you may be unlucky

Made order for cool mats 13th July queried delays reply was list of troubles, made allowances, but hoped that having been made aware that my order would have then been expedited. No luck.2 more weeks and 2 Emails later and no further reply or acknowledgement, went to pay pal another week and surprise, an email to say my order has been cancelled and refunded. My pet will now get the relief she should have had during last heat wave no thanks to Paws and Presto. Wont use again.

Based upon this feedback we are in the process (this week) of moving our amazing products to a fulfilment provider to manage the dispatching of orders. As a first time business owner, I didn't fully understand the workload I was going to encounter trying to ship all the orders myself. This will stop any delays and allow us to ship to dogs as fast as possible. I'm sorry your dogs didn't get to try our cooling mats however as a sorry for this poor service we would like to send your dogs an apology gift. Not what we ordered and no response to queries!

My husband ordered a towel bundle, they were supposed to be 1 each of brown, blue, grey and green.
It took around 3 weeks for the order to be delivered, ok it may have been a busy time, we can understand that.
When the order arrived, 2 of the towels were the wrong colour, we now have 1 pink and 1 red instead of the blue and green. We would never have ordered pink and red!!
If we had been informed that the colours we wanted were unavailable we would have cancelled the order.
My husband’s email to the company has so far not been answered and from reading the returns policy it would appear that we have to pay the return postage to return goods which are not the ones we ordered??
It is a shame as the towels seem to be quite good quality and perfect for our long haired GSD, just not in pink and red!

Hi Helen, hope you're well? Our bundles are a selection of 4 colours. Not necessarily those on the image. I'm sorry this isn't clear. Red and pink are far more popular than blue and green and we thought we were choosing colours you and your dog would prefer. I am happy to exchange these for new colours that's not a problem at all. We are also in the process of changing over to a new fulfilment partner after doing this ourselves for a period of time and that's why it's been slower.

Great service!

Ordered a cooling mat for my dog during this heat wave and it not only came on time, but was an absolutely wonderful product that did its job beautifully! Needless to say we are both very happy with the service ☺️

Ordered a few towels for my new dog…

Ordered a few towels for my new dog walking business and I cannot express enough how much I love them! They’re so easy to dry the dogs with! machine washable and dry so quickly! Absolute god send for muddy/wet paws 🐾!
I did have an issue receiving my order but Tom was amazing in explaining the situation and sent them out as soon as he could! Would definitely recommend to anyone with pooches that like puddles/water! Thank you!

Improved somewhat

I recently wrote a bad review about this company. After exchanging emails with Tom, and he did try to get in touch with me by phone, I have now received a full refund. I understand that he has had staffing problems, hence the delay in dispatching goods and delays with refunds. The guy seems very genuine so give him a bit of leeway. Apologies Tom for my last review

Cockapoo Gives A Paws-Up!

Cockapoo loves this cooling mat, usually prefers to be as snug to me as possible, but independently chooses to lie on this as place of choice during warmer temperatures.

Held back on a star purely on choice of colours available, blue or grey are alright, but a wider selection would be wonderful.

What a life saver

What a life saver! I’m so pleased we purchased the cooling mat. My dog Wren absolutely loves it and has spent the majority of the recent heat wave sprawled out on it.

1* as I have to give it something

I ordered a cooling mat on the evening of the 13 July and paid for next day delivery, so in mind I would think it would be delivered on the 15 July.
Had my dpd reference, but their still waiting on the item.
Have emailed and tried calling (goes straight to voicemail).
Paid for next day so that it would be here in plenty of time for this hot weather. Don't offer a service that you can't stick to.
I just want my money back now, do not order from them!!!!

Every dog owner must have!!

I had bought a towel after seeing a recommendation on Facebook - I have a long haired GSD X Malamute and normal towels just don’t quite cut it when she gets wet. At first I was a bit sceptical about trying these towels as I thought they’d be the same as every other one we had tried but omg. My dog loves rolling around in mud and water so these are now a must have in the house!! The microfibre towels absorb all of the water from her coat and she no longer has to sit damp after being wet! These are fantastic and every dog owner should have them!

A big paws up!!!

I have purchased a number of products (cooling mat and many, many towels for those winter walks!) from Paws and Presto and each time experienced a 5 star level of service. The product themselves are of excellent quality and have really made our life with our little pooch easier! The customer service is exemplary with a speedy dispatch / delivery and update texts / emails along the way to ensure you know when you will receive your order with the team always on head to help if there is any issue. Could not recommend this company enough for all your pets needs!

Really happy with our purchase

Really happy with our purchase! We have ordered a couple of microfibre towels in the past but these products were great. Good quality and arrived the next day. Will certainly be ordering from Paws & Presto again.

Got there in the end!

I put an order in on the 30/5/22 for a selection of towels. To cut a long story short and after putting a comment on the Facebook adverts that keep popping up, I got a phone call from Tom on 1/7/22. Tom who’s company I believe it is, explained that he always used a third party to pick and pack, then out of the blue they increased their prices significantly. This meant he wouldn’t be making a profit on anything he sold. He then had to find somewhere else to hold his stock and has been picking and packing everything himself over the last 4-6 weeks. Today 4/7/22, I received my towels and they do feel lovely and the colours are great. I explained to Tom that if he let people know the problems he was having people might be a bit more understanding of his circumstances. Hopefully Tom has now got everything sorted and people won’t be waiting so long for their items. I was going to give a 1 star review but the phone call and the quality of the towels pushed it up to 4 stars.

I ordered 3 xl cool mats On 20th June…

I ordered 3 xl cool mats On 20th June only one arrived. I emailed the company ( only available communication) numerous times but had no response, I was left with no option but to open a PayPal dispute to which the seller didn’t respond. Such a shame this company has gone downhill recently. Customer service is zero, still taking orders which they obviously cannot fulfil as I am receiving an overload of promotional emails with discount codes from them. If I hadn’t ordered from them previously I would think this was a scam
