Amy, Alex and Otis were really helpful and friendly. The harness I ordered was too short for my dog despite fitting his girth, but they sent out a larger size after checking his measurements with me to be sure it would fit. The service was really helpful and personal. I was also pleased to see the packaging was all recyclable.

Dog harness was delivered at the specified time without any problems. The harness was exactly as advertised & great quality.

Fab service, really pleased with the harness, it’s very well made and feels so secure on my little escape artist! This company really know their stuff when it comes to sizing, although I had measurements of my dog I would have still ordered one far too big for her, the one pawshtails suggested for her fits like a glove.

Having two dogs with severe allergies to most meats its hard finding treats safe for them so when we came across the range of fish treats we were really excited, especially as some where new types of fish they hadn't tried before giving them some more variety. They arrived fast and both my pups love them.
