Ordered a flexitag for my dog’s collar as he kept losing the traditional ID tags. Flexitag arrived and it’s such a great product. Fits perfectly to the collar and very good quality. Decided to order some more bands but accidentally ordered the wrong size. The customer service was fabulous and they helped me to sort out my order. So helpful. Thank you

We’ve ordered from here twice and both times have been excellent! Ordering to delivery time was super fast to!

First time was for our regular harness needing a tag and the second time was for a tag for our canicross harnesses. Just put them on and they are just what we wanted.

Super experience from start to finish. Used the chat function to discuss options and settled on one of the new Juicy range of bespoke collars. Love love love the collar. It sits really nicely on our dog’s neck with the details easy to read. It’s also nice and light and super easy to clean after getting covered in mud (inevitable with a crazy spaniel 😉). About to order a reflective collar for the darker months as service and product are fantastic! 😊👍

I ordered from flexitags after they were recommended to me by another dog owner. Martin got back to me quickly, he sent me colour comparison photos when I couldn’t decide, made suggestions based on my current training lead and the lead itself came very quickly. The finished product is a stunning saddle brown, 2m, 16mm width, waterproof, training lead with two carabiners, two fixed stainless steel rings and one movable ring. It only came yesterday and I’ve already had compliments including “that looks so sturdy yet beautiful”. I think my pup likes it too as he seemed to think it completely appropriate to go into a pond today!

I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! They’re so reasonably priced and the finished product is everything I’d imagined!

Should teach other businesses about customer service. Best company I have dealt with in years. Products are excellent (have bought collars, leads and tags), service outstanding. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

I am a repeat customer which shows how much i love these tags. Easy to fix to the collar, easy to read text and no jingle jangle that you get with the traditional dog tag. I highly recommend these tags!

Ordered a flexi tag for my new puppy, turned up and we love it. It slide right into the collar and it hasn’t bothered him one bit.

Excellent product and service.
Ordered a biothane collar for my very active and water daft Labrador. Great choice of colours and confident that the flexitag is a very safe option for an active gundog. Martin was very helpful and made the collar shorter as she was between sizes. Definitely recommend.

So pleased with the collar I ordered from Flexitags. I ordered the bespoke-ID engraved it’s great quality also love the colour, I chose lavender with a purple tag. I really appreciated the email from Martin just to check I was happy with the size I’d ordered and attaching examples of the best way to measure for collar size. I also had an email letting me know my order had been dispatched and I received it the next day. From placing the order to receiving it was 3 days which I think is excellent service. Would definitely recommend Flexitags and will use them again.

I would just like to say thank you,to Karen and Martin.
I asked for a bespoke collar for Blue. No adjustment, no d ring and with a Fidlock buckle, but a flexitag riveted on.
Martin done a wonderful job, as he had to get a different biothane to fit the Fidlock, but as a neon orange collar on my mad 8 months old springer spaniel, it's brilliant. Can't thank them enough

Exceptional service as well as design and quality.

I ordered a collar for my super-active Springer Spaniel as previously purchased material ones either wore away or pulled off. The flexitag collar has really stood up to a lot of activity and is so easy to slip over her head (when I want to take it off!) Also, no jingling tags everytime she stands up and her name is engraved into the collar. Karen and Martin replied to my email enquiry even when they were on holiday. They fixed a minor issue with speed, and returned with signed for postage, all at their own cost. I am so happy with my updated collar and will definitely be placing another order in a different colour very soon. Thank you Karen and Martin x

Appreciated the email to confirm the size along with a better idea of how to measure .
So easy to get on as her ears or nose got in the way of fastening a buckle and I can't manage those clip type buckles when they are small.
Hope it stands up the vigorous scratching while Mollie gets used to it.
