Can someone advise how I can notify them regarding this.

I ordered from them 3 beds in June with same deal all coming from USA and in 7 business days- here it is almost Nov with NO beds & no way to reach this company that not only STOLE money from me for a few months they took $ off my card as an International shipping fee!!WTH it said coming from USA so I got a new bank card but was too late to try & get my money back! If I ever have the chance to meet these Thieves they are going to be sorry for stealing my money! PISSED Negative -5 NO STARs. They SUCK

Same scam fell upon the Facebook scam. Thought was legit shipping from Fl. Took my money and then never received products. 2 xl dog beds. Emailed with no domain return address. Bank statement shows this company is out of England west Sussex. Just one for Covid drama this year..

I bought a large pet bed from Paws Place back in July 2020, and still have not received it. Of course they took the pay but did not deliver the bed. I even tried to send the company notice that I did not receive the bed and just keep getting "an error made on delivery".....yeah nothing delivered!

I've had the same experience as everybody else here. Lost money for 2 beds. I let my guard down and ordered before googling them. And,because of this experience, I'm never ordering from a company who doesn't provide a phone # for contact info. I'm then going to call the # to make sure it's legit. Live & learn.

Same as everyone else...ordered bed and never received. Bad, they don't even deserve one star. Nothing but a SCAM !!!

Ordered July 8th. Today is 9/17 and never received dog bed. When I click on the link for tracking or anything on the email, it goes to a blank screen. Scam!

Same as everyone else!! Ordered two beds, money taken out and all emails are bounced back as undelivered and website is down. Terrible terrible!!!

Facebook Scam Company!! Ordered 2 dog beds 7/3/2020 it’s now 9/10/2020 STILL NO BEDS! Money taken immediately and only 1 email order received! Now emails bounce back undeliverable!! Shame on Facebook for there advertising!!!

Ordered a dog bed back in May and the money was taken out of my account right away.
I received only one email telling me that Pawsplaceusa.com had received my order and I could expect my item within 7-14 business days, which I did not.
I also noticed that the company billed my card under a car service agency? What the heck?
I contacted my credit union to dispute the charge. They investigated and I just received a letter from them saying that my dispute was approved and the money was refunded to my account. The website for this company has been shut down. What a bunch of con artists!

Ordered 4 beds on 7/4/20. Company took the money out immediately. Email said processing time 3-5 business days & delivery time 10-15 business days. Still haven't received anything. Try to track my shipment & get 'THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED'. So wrong on so many levels! It's a shame that companies like this can't be stopped or made to return what they've stolen from those of us wanting to buy from, what we thought, was an American company. Just plain ugly!

Horrible! Same as all the comments below...I ordered a pet bed from Facebook July 26 and I still haven't received my product or an email in return. So upset, but I read all the reviews on the Facebook post and they said it was good. All lies!

I ordered a bed in June for my aging dog. They charged my credit card right away, but never received the bed. I sent several emails. They don’t answer emails or their own “contact us” link. I was going to send another email and make a comment today on their site, but the site has been shut down. SCAM.

This company claims to be a US company. Nope the real name is PAWS & CLAWS EG LTD, based out of UK.
I had to file a claim with my bank and cancel my card just to be safe.

Don’t get scammed, they are fake. Two beds ordered and none arrived. They don’t even have the decency to respond to emails.I don’t even give them One star!

I placed my order 7/4/20 and still haven’t received it & today is 8/23/20!!
I have sent numerous requests for tracking info and numerous requests for refund. I received absolutely no response from the company. I do NOT recommend this company. It appears this company isn’t going to respond nor issue a refund..... poor business practice!!! Lesson learned!!
