Dirty facebook scammers! Even their my emails to them are coming back now undeliverable. How dare them take advantage of so many people. I will be contacting my bank in hopes of being reimbursed but I won't hold my breath. A very well learned $14 lesson. Shame on you pawsplace! The bed I ordered was to keep my dying dog comfortable. She has passed now and I won't waste anymore of my energy on this shameful company. I will let my bank deal with it and let it be either way.

I ordered on 6/15 no bed. I have sent emails, Facebook messages and no response from the company. They took the money from my account as soon as I ordered, not when they were supposed to when it shipped. I have turned them in for fraud.

Why do they even get one star??? Scam scam scam I am so upset that I got taken. Will not return emails...won't send tracking number I'm over it. I want these people to go to jail. I want to know what I can do to bring the fiery bowels of hell raining down on their heads!?!?

Just a FYI to everyone, I too was scammed by this site and as of this afternoon after sending another email to them requesting my money back it appears they have shut down that email as well as the one from another one of their scam sites, dog-labs.com. I did turn them in to the FTC and tracked their information to an address in the United Kingdom, but I believe that is just a fake front. I’m glad I only lost $14 in this scam, but my heart goes out to those that lost more money.

I ordered two cozy beds, One June 16th 2020 the other July 4th, 2020 it's August 12th, 2020, and still haven't received my cozy bed...I E-mail several times and no response...I hate that, I have to leave a star, this company deserves a ZERO STARS! THUMBS DOWN...

Still waiting a response regarding my order from July 3rd 3 emails later for 2 dog beds. At least give me a damn response!

Never received the product or a response from customer service. Looks like a scam as they charge your credit card immediately upon placing the order.

Ordered the comfy bed two of them on July 2nd got the confirmation. But no updates, no phone number, emailed several times. Nothing

Total scam! Do not give them money. I can't say don't buy from them because they're not a real company with merchandise. All you're doing is giving a company in Glasgow money! Stay far away!! Once you send money, they block you and won't communicate at all. SCAM!!!

They are not to be trusted. I ordered 2 dog beds back on the 2nd of July. I havent received anything or heard back from the emails I've sent. I've got the one email showing I order the 2 beds I've also got proof money was taken out of my bank account to limited glassgow. I hate scams. This makes twice I've been scammed. The other on was when I ordered a bean bag chair back at Christmas.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered two beds for my rescue puppy and dog . Money taken 6th June but no responses to emails & items not received. Like many others, the transaction in my bank was a UK based company name.

Scam. I too fell for it. In process of filing a claim with my bank.

I ordered 4 beds June 24th and never received them. I emailed 3 times with no response. I will be disputing the charge in the morning. Very disappointed

If I could give this a ZERO I would! Ordered 2 beds & never received them. Sent 4 emails with no reply. Further investigation I found these reviews, looks like everyone has been scammed! Company is out of Whales & the charge on my account showed as Thomas family restaurant. Buyers beware! Don’t even know if I’ll get my money back!!!!

I ordered two dog beds on 6/17. I tried emailing them to check the status but didn’t receive a reply. I tried again by sending them a Facebook message and they blocked me. The “reviews” on the comment thread are from dummy accounts. I am disputing the charge with my bank. It came across as a rental car company charge.
