By far the bast platform on the market.
I've tried a few different platforms (4 others) that offer the same kind of payment service, however all the others are quite clunky to use, and don't offer an easy experience. Pay.com.au is super easy to use, and also has a nice user interface. haven't had any issues with it, and have been using for about 8 months.
Thx for the high level of service to help me get setup - Steve Lui was brilliant. great to be associated with people that care for their customers and follow up. The platform so far looks great - first payment done. Easy!

Money is taking too long to reach the reach the recipients. 2-3 days in this modern day is unacceptable. These transactions have to be more less instantaneous. Study India's UPI system
Very hard to set account up.
Lots of issues with verification.
Had to revisit many times.

From the moment I joined pay.com I have had nothing but the most amazing service. The account managers I have had (2) presently, Andrew Miceli have been nothing short of the most informative, helpful, obliging customer service people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommend this company to whoever wants to travel by amassing losts of points for minimal outlay.
Terrible, I've paid my wages and it is now 3 days and they still haven't been cleared. My staff are extremely frustrated as they have bills to pay and are getting dishonour fees
So ridiculous that it takes so long to process
