Very easy to use

Super easy to use. Was disappointed when my supplier didn't take credit card payment over the phone however I came across your services and it worked perfectly the fees are even cheaper than some eftpos merchant fees ive used in the past

Points halved on transfer

I went to transfer my points as I had been saving them for just the right time only to find I only get half the points they have allocated when transferring to a partner airline so didnt help my situation. They also offered a bonus of 15% points if i transfered before a certain date which I needed to because of only receiving half the points I was expecting - then to find out I would only get the 15% bonus points 30 days after the end of the promotion! I needed them right then. The excessive charges do not make this a viable platform to use and they have done nothing but rip me off I feel.

Was awkward trying to select the right…

Was awkward trying to select the right currency. Hkd instead of yuan.

It would be nice if I could send USD currency instead of converting to hkd and making sure there is enough hkd to convert to usd.

In international trade vary rarely is things calculated in the domestic currency. It generally usd euros British pound.

But apart from that I can see why companies would flock to you on the domestic market. I will definitely be continuing to use your services.

I was happy with the conversion rates to, very very fair.

Do not pay the ATO through paycom

A payment to the ATO made through this platform did not get through. I am very concerned about the legitimacy of this platform. All reference numbers were correct and I sought advice from paycom while setting up the payee.

Points are a strong benefit and can materially offset platform fees. Where Pay really shines, however, is in its ability to maximise interest-free periods on credit cards, significantly improving business cash flow.
