Order stuck in STAT_TOPUPINQUEUE for over 10 days

I purchased a USA gift card from Pay724 on June 13, 2026.

My payment was accepted immediately, but more than 10 days later the order is still stuck in STAT_TOPUPINQUEUE.

I have not received the gift card, and there has been no clear explanation regarding the delay.

Digital products are normally delivered quickly, so keeping a paid order in queue for this long is disappointing.

I hope Pay724 resolves the issue by either delivering the gift card or providing a refund.

Update: I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
