Fraudulent CCJ threats
AJJB has never paused or responded to *any* emails with my concerns about their daily harassment with regards to a Three account I have no knowledge of, have not provided valid proof, and have ignored, repeatedly, the fact that they are required to cease contact with me until they provide proof of debt which is *valid*. They want to threaten people with CCJs but cannot back up these claims. I have received numerous texts, emails, but no actual letter of claim that they say they sent me!
Their complaints email is useless and is clearly not being checked. I urge anyone effected by this fraudulent company to complain to the FCA and SCA.

Trying to claim a debt that never existed
They have come after me for a debt to BT for a broadband connection. However, given that we are a remote company and our office address is virtual, it is quite astonishing. We have repeatedly explained this and they have been unable to provide any proof of supply (which would be impossible) but they fail to respond. They appear to not have procedures to check that their client has grounds for claims and their communication and complaints process appears non-existent.

Subject: Double Payment Refund
İ am writing to lodge a formal complaint against AJJB Law Limited regarding a severe failure in your financial processing, customer service, and the unlawful withholding of my funds.
On 5 May 2026, I attempted to settle an outstanding balance of £1,335.35 owed to your client, Three. Due to a sudden internet connection failure during the transaction, the webpage refreshed, resulting in the payment being processed twice. As a result, a total of £2,670.70 was deducted from my bank account.
Since that date, I have contacted your customer support team via online chat every single day. I have provided absolute proof of this double deduction, including official bank statements and transaction receipts as requested by your agents.
Today is 22 May 2026, and despite my daily efforts and cooperation, AJJB Law Limited has failed to refund my overpayment of £1,335.35.
This situation is causing me immense emotional and financial distress. This amount is not trivial; it represents my entire family’s monthly household budget. I have a young child to care for, and your refusal to release my money immediately is severely impacting our livelihood. Furthermore, I am aware through public reviews that your company has a pattern of withholding refunds from individuals for up to a year. I will not allow this to happen.
Please be advised of the following actions I have taken and will take:
Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB): I have already sought advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau regarding your conduct.
Regulatory Reporting: I will be reporting AJJB Law Limited to the appropriate regulatory bodies (including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)) to expose how your firm treats consumers.
Legal Action: If the full refund of £1,335.35 is not credited back to my bank account by Monday, 25 May 2026, I will instruct my newly appointed legal representative to initiate formal legal proceedings against your company without further notice.
I expect a prompt response confirming that the refund has been initiated today.

Is there any point leaving a review probably not but on the off chance it helps one person that is at least something this compan Ly shouldn’t have a licence to trade as a debt collection agency as they have no idea what there doing extremely unprofessional and very I helpful they expect you to make more effort than simply make an arrangement you have to call them to do this and the reason is simple it’s in the hope you get frustrated then go into more debt and pay them in full that is there game it’s illegal but they haven’t been caught yet be aware using them

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the worst service that I’ve ever had to deal with. WTF is ur company talking about trying to say legal action will be pushed against me in court but when I try and contact someone from here it is literally impossible. This company is a disgusting organization who doesn’t care about customers. I cannot wait till this goes to court so I can sue this company. Funny enough, AJJB were chasing me, and I paid in full, because they are persistent and I have to commend them for that.
Even more funny, if I were a business chasing unpaid debts then I most probably get AJJB Law onto them.
A very professional approach to debt collecting, the pre-court letters really do the trick, I mean, who wants to go to Court over an unpaid debt. Most don't!!
