My current rep is amazing! Knowledgable, great to work with, quick to respond. Had an experience prior with a rep who wasn't confident in her knowledge, couldn't always assist with high level issues, and not quick to respond. We also have a significant GL issue that is increasing the amount that we are paying for services that has not been able to be resolved to our satisfaction. The software itself is fantastic, highly recommend!

The system is easy to use and makes payroll processing easy and stress-free.

Paycom is constantly improving the product they offer and listening to the customer's needs. My interactions with them as always been very professional with a desire to make processes easier for our company.

The fast and thorough support from our dedicated specialist and their team! We never speak to a robot when we call in and are always taken care of immediately.

My rep, Michael Castellanos has assisted me over the years with questions I have had ranging from setting up the Employee Self Service as well as adding an employee who worked in another state.
The rare times that Michael is not available, the other members on his team, are able to get me the information I need.

Paycom is user friendly and has excellent customer service. The platform is great for HR professionals looking for a one-stop shop for all HR needs; payroll, benefits, and reports. This is one of the best HRIS systems I've ever worked with.

Working with Paycom, over the phone or in person, has been excellent. Attention to company needs and requests are made in a timely fashion making us feel like the most important customer on the list. The knowledge and know how is over the top. Easy to work with system, yet robust and can handle every HR and company need.

This company is rock bottom! It's always like pulling teeth trying to get an employee account established, and then it's impossible to get back into it. There's ZERO customer support if you're not a client. The most damnable and frustrating thing I've ever dealt with! I wish it would burn down to the ground and stop spreading around misery.

Employees can easily access their pay stubs, benefits information, and other HR related documents through Paycom's self service portal. The Platform's built in compliance features help us stay up to date with every changing labor laws and regulations. The Paycom support team has always been responsive and helpful, providing timely assistance whenever needed. Overall, we've been extremely satisfied with Paycom and would recommend it business of all sizes.

This has been the best for our organization. Way less paper, better processes and compliance.

Paycom is a helpful tool that combines ATS and payroll capabilities. In addition to helpful representatives that helped my organization transition, they also provide a bevy of learning and training resources to clarify ease of use.

Working with Paycom is so easy. They make sure you don't miss anything and they go out of their way to make the entire experience painless. The payroll process is seamless and the self service features for employees make our HR manager's life easier.
