Paycom is seriously one of the best HRIS systems out there. After many years in HR I've tried several systems, and I am a huge fan of Paycom. I love their dedicated service contact, who has become an extension of my payroll team; and I also really appreciate that because you can't customize the system, if you adapt your processes appropriately, it always works.

Paycom has been a great payroll and HRIS partner for us since 2017. They provide responsive customer service and take the time to build a relationship with us in-person. I appreciate that they are always updating features and striving to provide the best possible solution.

Paycom is great! The app is easily navigated and I never have an issue getting to what I need.

We've used Paycom in our business for 7 years. The product is easy to use and does everything we have needed for accurate and efficient payroll processing, onboarding, tax reporting, HRIS. Paycom's customer service is excellent, with a dedicated Rep who always knows or finds the answer for us.

Paycom is so user friendly both online and on the app. It's easy to use as an employee and also when I am processing payroll. Their customer service has always been great too! Our reps are both friendly and helpful.

I have used several HR/Payroll platforms and Paycom is by far the most user-friendly and best performing of any I have used. We had a very bad experience with their main competitor, and Paycom helped us transition to their system, with the most amazing implementation team. We have been with them for 3 years now, and have added additional modules since our initial implementation, all of which are wonderful. Paycom's BETI for payroll makes HR a breeze for both employer and employee!

Paycom is a software-forward payroll/HRIS provider. That's what we love about them. The platform features are integrated, and there's no break between modules or features like ADP and Paychex. Their app is also able to connect to all of the system, and manager features include most areas of the system, so managers can be effective in a remote setting away from their computers.

the way they roll out new products/features is better than most I've seen and their video training is excellent.

Cost-wise, they're a little bit more, but for the reliability of single sign-on full access and robust, totally customizable reporting, I'll take it. That's why we're still on it 10 years after partnering with them.

We moved payroll to Paycom in 2017. Since that time we've gradually added applicant tracking, position management, benefits enrollment, and performance management. This past June we started using Paycom for our criminal background checks. We are now completely paperless for everything including onboarding, benefit enrollment, performance reviews and background checks. No longer do we have to upload background check results to Paycom as they are stored automatically. It's been a huge time saver and works seamlessly within applicant tracking and onboarding.

Easy to navigate throughout the system. If I need assistance locating items I can always go online for a tutorial and/or call my dedicated specialist Joshua Roberts who is alway willing and eager to assist. Thank you Paycom!

I had a problem with payroll that I have not ran into before. All it took was one phone call to Paycom, explanation of what needed to be done to fix it, and three minutes later it was resolved.

I find the report creator clunky and difficult to navigate. Even your Paycom reps appear to have difficulty accessing the correct fields to generate reports.

Our small business has been using Paycom for over 2 years now and we are very pleased with everything they have to offer. I have found their platform to be very user-friendly. If you aren't sure how to do something they have help pages to access or you can call their customer service. Their customer service has been outstanding! I find myself calling quite often to get technical help. They are always very helpful and will teach me how to do it myself for future situations.

Processing our payroll is very easy and our dedicated specialist is very helpful and friendly. Been using Paycom for four years and we're very satisfied with their system.
