My Paycom specialists have gotten…

My Paycom specialists have gotten better and better since I've started. My current specialist contacted me to discuss my payroll processes to see if he could help automate or improve it. Sure enough, he found a way to include a set of approximately 40 employees that I was having to add manually to payroll, every two weeks.

Paycom Experience

I have been using Paycom for about 4 years now from my previous employer and my current. What makes Paycom great is its easy navigation. The software system is organized and categorized well. I was able to learn the system fast and train others easily when onboarding. Paycom does a great job in enhancing the system and releasing the spotlight videos to show the updates. I feel supported by the representatives when I need assistance and love how I can easily reach them via phone. I appreciate how Paycom accepts constant feedback from their clients to improve and make their software even better.

HR and Payroll simplified!

Since switching to Paycom in early 2023, our experience has been great! Employees have embraced the self-service portal, and payroll takes half the time it use to. This has significantly reduced the administrative burden on HR and all managers.

Paycom saves us time and energy

I’ve been a Paycom client for many years across multiple employers, and I’ve gone through six implementations—ranging from new companies to acquisitions. Over time, I’ve watched the platform evolve into a highly flexible, innovative, and robust solution that works well for organizations of all sizes.

Paycom enables me to do far more than I could with other systems. It streamlines complex HR functions, drives efficiency, and supports meaningful process improvements. Most recently, I’ve been building out a new training platform, and just as I was reviewing options, Paycom launched an upgrade to its LMS. The enhancements came at the perfect time—now, our company can transform outdated “classroom taught” courses into dynamic, scalable content delivered online or in-person.

Paycom continues to adapt and grow with the needs of modern workplaces. It’s more than just a payroll platform—it’s a powerful HR tool that keeps getting better.

Paycom - Expensive Startup Costs

I got a proposal from Paycom for 8 employees and total upfront investment was about $2500 dollars to start. Their system seemed to be user friendly and helpful but the cost just to get started was way to high for small businesses. They should focus on Medium to Large companies if they are going to charge so much up front.

Great Support!

Our company moved to Paycom January 2023 and we have been so amazed with the great support we received from the Paycom staff. We always get assistance when needed and that is a huge plus for us. The prior HRIS company we utilized was very lacking in support and that is what caused us to move to Paycom. We have been pleased with them and plan to remain with them for many years to come!
