This company is HORRIBLE! First, they charge you a ridiculous amount for their service. I had TWO FT and ONE PT employees and was paying around $700/pay. I think it was $700, but their reports are so messed up that you really have no idea what is their fee versus taxes versus actual payroll.
One of our employees quit and doing their final check was a nightmare! I talked to one rep who walked me through it, but when it came time for payroll and to finalize it, I realized that the amount they were paying the employee was off. I was the one who had to figure out how to do it. My rep was worthless! Not only would she have paid the employee more than what they should have received, but also still had them in the system for the following pay period. It took three pay periods to get them out. I can't imagine the issues a big company would face with a high turnover rate. I understand how companies continue to pay terminated employees - PAYCOM!
When we terminated, they failed to pay our quarterly taxes then sent me a letter with a check dated the last day of the quarter. How the hell am I supposed to pay the taxes on time when the check/letter are dated on the due date AND I don't receive it until 10 days into April. Thankfully, I have a really great company now that is cleaning up THEIR mess.
Now they are trying to charge me $108 for some termination fee that we do NOT owe. But I will pay it so they can burn in payroll hell. I have never hated a company this bad.
Edit after Paycom response - No thank you, Paycom! My "dedicated specialist" was nice, but not the brightest. I had to correct her errors on more than one occasion AND I got a nastygram from your legal dept for the $108. I'll pay that crap AFTER I fixed YOUR tax screw up. The sooner I put you in my rearview mirror, the better. I just hope others learn from my mistake and go with someone else!

Paycom's online payroll software is exceptional. Its structure provides for smooth navigation and is designed to help eliminate human error, allowing employees to self-manage payroll processing with complete accuracy. Not to mention it is far more cost-effective when employees are given the tools to regularly process their own payroll. Additionally, the necessary reports relating to wages and payroll taxes paid are automatically generated and readily accessible. Most notable, too, is the consistent level of extraordinary customer service Paycom provides. Their team is easy to reach, very knowledgeable, always happy to assist, and quick to respond to questions or resolve any issues. I would recommend Paycom, without reservation, to another company.

this is by far the worst payroll company we have ever used, we switched them simply based on the fact of some promises they had made regard different platforms. Those platforms that we switched for, did not work, and we found out after the implementation. Every single payroll there’s some kind of issue that creates a liability for our company.
I would transparently tell anybody that is looking for a payroll company not to use this one and the problems they have at the Company currently using are much less than switching to paycom

Img if I could give negative stars I would!!! Just went to work for a company in Texas that uses this POS company. I can’t fill out my tax info since it still shows a company in Georgia tied to me that uses this garbage company. 3 days now and they still can’t fix it!!!! I can’t add my tax deductions because it wants me to fill out the deductions for freaking Georgia!!!! IM NOT IN GEORGIA!?!? Omg fix your freaking software or train your damn people!!!!

I had an issue with the expense management not pulling into payroll correctly. Contacted Paycom and my regular representative were out of the office and one of his associates stepped in with no issue. He was able to provide a meeting and we fixed the issue.
