Be aware this company continually get reviews on here taken down by red flagging them,
I took my 1st review down after an appalling service but after they asked me too and when they gave me some compensation I took it down,
I won't be taken this one down and you won't be getting a penny more out of me.
Small claims court it is!.
One of my carpets was 4 inches too short on length. How can a professional carpet measurer botch this?

In addition to this they have taken out £210 from ny account this am. I pay £47 a fortnight and its not even due. I'm sure it would have been more if It had more in my account. Its not due and I have already informed them that I'm paying them no more and taken them to a small claims court. Right before xmas too!
Anyone must be mad to go with tis rip off company. The only good reviews they have are for the carpet fitters, who aren't part of this company and are self employed!

Edit Reply to company. I'm leaving u a bad review because the carpet is 4 inches too small and because of heat and xmas approaching I wasnt willing to wait more time and had to botch it too fit. Its not fit for purpose and why should I pay £750 for terrible service. The carpets aren't even the same colour! You don't even provide grippers!!

Edit. I typed the 1st edit after they added a very awful reply (which they have now taken down). They are now saying I have reviewed the wrong company (lol). They will grasp at anything!.

So here we again still no slats no,further communication or resolution about these 5 slats no compensation no sorry no sub contractors turn up whom are self employed by the way and not employed directly via pay day flooring. Whom also do blinds.

I've now been passed to CRS their debt management chasers for the final £100.84 paid £300 over 3 years because of false promises or sub contractors to attend.

So as a company you expect me to pay for a product that you have not sorted or rectified and not done anything about it just tooing and throwing back wards and forwards emails and rebooking the sub contractors.

The blind by the way was fitted half way up the window with a massive gap so wrong size fitted and no, privacy they're down now as useless.
And now the cheek to keep chasing me for the final balance when I'm asking for you to give me a correct size blind for my window.

Absolutely rubbish useless company really is and how they treat their customers with false promises and no one shows up.

Just stressed out to be honest with it all. Since the pandemic and before that when fitted chasing these 5 slats omg what a joke.

Shocking company they took my money and didn't turn up to fit flooring had to go out a purchase due to old flooring being lifted and having a disabled partner and couldn't be without flooring .still taking money from my account and won't refund saying it's the company's policy

Was recommended this company by a friend, they are amazing!! Not only are they affordable, but the fitters and office staff are quick and efficient, Danny the rep couldn’t be nicer and really filled me with confidence. Can’t wait to get my bedrooms done

What a fantastic idea for a service which has helped me no end. First time use was my living room and kitchen and now I've just had my 2 bedrooms done. Fitters have done a fantastic job and the ladies in the office can't do enough for you. Would deffo recommend and have recommended to my friends and family.

All I can say is what a fantastic company to deal with. Their rep is always on hand to help with queries and answer any questions I've had. Because of this company I've been able to have flooring all through my 3 bed flat and was also able to purchase a bed and a sofa. Without these guys I wouldn't have what I've got. So thank you so much

I’ve used this service twice before once to have bedroom carpets and 2nd time to have carpets fitted on my stairs

Received my carpet yesterday he came in and laid the underlay then brought in the carpet. Straight away I said it was the wrong carpet but carried on fitting it.
Called the office and all they said was there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t tell the fitter before he laid it which I did.

Actual joke two appointments had been changed not a single call have to ring up just to double check it’s still being fitted and I just get belittled and refused everything they do not give you the full and correct information only decent thing about it was that man that came out to measure been waiting since January for my floor to be laid and now have to wait till march once I’ve had the floor laid I’ll be going elsewhere as they can’t run a simple company and it’s one excuse after another

Not fake have all the emails and evidence too prove this anyone want to see the proof

absolutely awful company payment took in one go after a badly fitted carpet , very rude when I rang up . Left feeling sad with a carpet that isn’t safe on the stairs , thin carpet ripped within one month , rip off company do not buy , staff are rude and failure to turn up 4/5 times

Absolute joke 3rd time blind fitters have not turned up had my deposit and more not even a phone call to say they won’t be coming excuse after excuse since beginning of January I’ve been waiting

Well these cowboys made first appointment and didn’t show no one called to let me know they just said another appointment has been made we took up carpet and left underlay as we are ground floor and it was cold also I didn’t know if they would cancel again when the cowboy came to do the installation he turned up at 4:40 stayed an hour then went for lunch along with the smoke breaks. When he came in I was taking up underlay and told to leave it as it would be better insulated baring in mind the underlay was for carpet that was down previously and him being a supposed expert should of known this he proceeded to install flooring over it when we walk over it it cracks and is breaking the underlay is to think for the flooring it’s now bowing and the whole floor needs taking up so the underlay can be taken out then re-laid which PAYDAY FLOORING refuse to FIX as they now say it’s our fault . As the problem is with the fitter that they supply and vouch for they are useless I've been made to feel like I'm at error, after leaving me out of payment I do not recommend. .as I now have to pay again to have this fixed David the flooring guy give up your day job mate I have had to put down rugs over certain parts of the floor as it’s sharp and dangerous my 11 year old had cut his foot he’s autistic and he was very distressed I have had no help from as given the fitters number andas soon as I called and said what address I’m calling from he put the phone down absolute joke of a company

I am disgusted in the service I have received with my order. First two attempts of delivery no one showed up and I waited home all day. Third time it wasn’t delivered until almost 7pm at night and it wasn’t all there. I had to wait another two weeks for the rest to be delivered and the driver refused to show up as I said I wouldn’t be paying delivery fee again. Why should I when it was all supposed to be delivered in the first place! Now my options is to drive over an hour to collect the rest or wait another two weeks for it to may or may not be delivered. Highly do not recommend if you want your floorings done this year! Be waiting another year for it to all be delivered. When I spoke to the company there’s nothing they can do regarding fixing this. All they can do is take £40 off my bill which I’m going to be paying more in petrol just to collect it. Poor service for it all. Last time I use these that’s for sure!!

Horrendous company Horrendous fitters.
They happily took my money fitted faulty floor. Cracks and chips in the flooring. Been chasing this up since it was fitted back in October. Cancelled direct debit due to faulty product, had many appointments where they would not turn up to rectify this. Now being threatened with bailiffs because I have withheld payment. I've told them I would be happy to pay if the problem is rectified or they can take their floor back. They have ignored this. I suffer with mental health and they have no problems with causing more issues about this. All I get is passed from pillar to post and made to feel like I am the problem.

** It is now March and my flooring still hasnt been rectified. Customer Services will not help because of this negative review and because ive stopped the DD(which im happy to reinatate when the work is rectified).

Flooring was laid in December. The fitter damaged my wall, the flooring laid was damaged & no beading (trim) fitted.
Made SEVERAL calls to the office to arrange a return fitting but on TWO occasions the fitters didnt turn up.
I cancelled my direct debit & left negative reviews. I then recieved a call & told that no rectification work would be done unless i removed my review! Blackmail at its finest.
I have sent in an official complaint & its now february & my complaint has still not been answered. The job isnt complete and im being threatened with baliffs.
They block you on social media so you are unable to raise awareness of their terrible work and customer service.
Discusting service, will not use again.

Also as everyone my fitting date before Christmas was cancelled and had fitting date on 2nd of January!They fitted the laminate floor in big living room and hallway in one hour!After a while floor started to get cracking sounds when we walk on it and with every day it just got worse!Called to the office to book someone to look at it,i took a day off from work waited all day no one turned up,next day I called again and said that no one came and wasn’t bothered to let me know!second time again no one was bothered to come and resolve the problem!when i contacted again someone from the company was rude to me and said that it was my fault that my floor is moving underneath but I got stone underneath!Then finally after all this drama somebody came to check my floor and turned out it was the same guys who fitted the floor,they said that everything is good and the floor is fine!When I walk it has loud crackling sounds!They not interested to resolve the problem,most important thing to get 300£ for 1 hour and fit it quickly!So low customer service!Shame on this company!I guess I need to do alternative to fix my problem because they don’t care!

This company deserve no stars or customers!! Please do not even bother...I signed up and paid 6 payments and was promised a fitting date for december 6th ..they cancelled and said the next available date would be February 2024 !! I cancelled and asked for a refund ...im still waiting for refund a month later ...same excuses when ever I call ...I got told my refund would be returned but I loose my deposit and 25 percent out of every weekly payment I made . ..its a disgusting company with absolutely no customer service skills and no manager ever available..same women to answer with every excuse possible. ..the carpets are cheap and not what we pick from there samples from speaking to other customers ...carpets wont last at all ...avoid and just go else were at least you know your buying quality and not getting taken for a mug !!! 0 stars avoid avoid avoid !!!
