Sales guy/ fitter came out and told me the carpets would be fitted within 3 weeks maybe sooner as I wanted asap. Took money of £30 off me and then another £40 as deposit .. I had to phone the office for fitting date to be told four weeks time. A Payment then came out of my account but no carpets even fitted yet.
I’ve been given no paperwork!
I’ve been given no price per square metre etc just total price and monthly payment.
I’ve phoned back to cancel… then been told that I loose the £30 and the deposit and 25% of the other money I’ve paid HOWEVER I was never given any information to say any of this !!
I sure this is illegal and a misssold !

The customer service is very polite and very helpful. The carpenters are polite, and quick at their job, it's done very well!!

I have no complaint!

I will continue to use pay day flooring.

Easy to use and great service from start to finish. Our local rep Paul was friendly and knowledgeable when measuring back in February. Carpets were fitted yesterday by Tom and his father (sorry I didn’t catch his name!) and they did an excellent job! Would absolutely recommend, we are thrilled with our new carpets, it has genuinely made our house feel more of a home. Thank you!

Lee and his team of fitters had great communication the night before and day of fitting.
Went above and beyond: had 3 rooms done with vinyl, all in less then an hour

Fitters were friendly, professional, took care when taking the carpet up to the 2nd floor in my house, fitted carpet perfectly and (a first in our experiences tidied up) all leftovers were took down stairs and not left in my sons bedroom. Even offered me free advice about what to do with my kitchen floor before new flooring goes down. Sadly these fitters don’t usually work in my area or I’d ask for them only in future. Respectful of my baby grandson who was sleeping in my arms during their visit 11/10

The process was really easy. The lady that measured was lovely and informative and the fitter was clean and efficient

The company is by far the worst I have dealt with ever,I had to wait 6weeks for my order the day it came it was completely wrong not even remotely similar the office lady Leanne told me I would need to wait at least another month for my order (which was impossible I had just moved and needed the floor down as I had ripped all my other one up ready and emptied all rooms) I told her I wanted to cancel and wanted all monies back to which I was told it would take 30 days (it doesn’t take 30days when I asked at my bank) I waited 30
Days on calling them constantly I eventually got a refund of £50 my refund that was due was £87 plus the other £30 cash the rep has given me
Back (cannot fault him at all) still I had to call back again and again to which I was told oh the £20 on card isn’t refundable I was never told this at any point even so I was then still owed £67 I still only had £50 and to this day I am still chasing them for the rest of the money they are so unprofessional none of them no what they are doing the company is run by fools who just offer to call you back and never do there quick enough to take your money but not refund you.There rude and have no customer service skills I would avoid these at all costs save your money and buy your carpets/vinyls that way because these will take your
Money and you won’t see it again or your items.
Due to this I have now had to put I a fraud claim with my bank to retrieve monies owed to myself.
