In 2021/2022 I receieved a payment from another site into my PayDo account of about 200 dollars. I didn't verify my account until 2025 because of how hard it was to actually get it verified. Anyway, for some bizarre reason that 200 dollars has just disappeared from my account, I can see in my previous account details that I have indeed had that amount in my account. But for some reason the PayDo support just "can't" find it even though it's clearly been there and no other transactions have happened on the account. Basically PayDo have clearly seized my funds and then acts like they don't know where it is, quite interesting business strategy to steal money from their users.

They rejected my account application without any reason, without even asking for any information or documents, without even checking my history. Apparently, they're sorting by nationality. Do you know what that's like? I opened an account at the bank in 10 minutes for my company. They're charging a higher markup on free transfers. It's just ridiculous. They pretend to be a big organization, which they're not.
In the reviews they blatantly lie that they didn't find my account, even though I provided my real name and it's easy to do.

They look into the issue and approved the transaction but I will also suggest they remove such additional verification it my affect what you want to do with funds that period and the business account opening is somehow I don't understand why I have to pay all that money to get an international bank account with you guys

I made a withdrawal (Transaction ID: cc6738c2-927b-44d4-ad51-a06f65807795) and, long after the stated processing time, the funds had still not arrived in my account.
Instead of clear answers, support only sent copy-paste replies without any real explanation or solution. This lack of transparency and accountability is extremely concerning for a financial service.
A platform that delays access to client funds and fails to provide proper communication is not trustworthy. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this service.

After many days and with no real support from PayDo, the withdrawal was finally canceled and I managed to access the funds by creating a virtual card. While I was eventually able to get my money, this was only after a long delay, zero proper assistance, and unnecessary stress.

I received a refund through PayDo, but now my money is stuck and I can’t access it. I never chose to use this platform, yet I’m being forced to keep my funds here without a proper way to withdraw them.
Withdrawal attempts fail with technical errors (“Withdrawals cannot be created using this information”).
The system enforces ridiculous minimum amounts (20 EUR), which makes it impossible to withdraw my current balance of 11 USD.
Currency conversion comes with hidden fees, reducing even more of the customer’s money.
Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful, constantly asking for the same details instead of providing a real solution.
This situation is unacceptable. I should not be trapped with my own money because of PayDo’s restrictions and abusive policies.
If this is not resolved immediately (full withdrawal of my balance to my real bank account or through another fair method), I will:
File a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.
Contact my bank to dispute the transaction.
Expose these abusive practices on every review platform and social media possible.
⚠️ Warning to other users: Avoid PayDo at all costs. They lock your funds, impose unfair restrictions, and profit from hidden fees while making withdrawals nearly impossible.

This provider operates with a highly deceptive onboarding process. Initially, they promise full payment solutions including Checkout services, and once you pay the EUR 300 onboarding fee, they start introducing new, fabricated barriers to block access to what was promised.
Their representative Maksym seemed helpful at first, but after payment, the tone completely changed — suddenly, Checkout access was no longer available, and all you’re left with is a basic IBAN account (which many other providers offer for free).
It’s clear they use the onboarding fee as a trap, knowing full well they will later find excuses to avoid delivering the core services. This feels like a systematic scam, not an honest business.
Stay away. There are far more transparent and professional providers in the market.

I'm waiting for over 14 days for a solution on my transfer. I received a transfer of 1000 EUR from a friend to help me with my bills and they rejected it even after adding proofs.
Now they don't even ask me to send them an address to return the money back to her. The money are locked into PayDo for 14 days with transaction id 9026cbe5-3703-4e17-85de-942dd45b7058
I did not got any reply from support for more than 1 week and they just tell me they re working on this. What are you guys working on? Can't you just transfer the money back and do not lock people funds for no reason?
