Currently, I have a problem. I made a deposit through the neosurf website, and currently the amount has been deducted from me, but I did not deposit in paydo. I contacted support and they refused the process. I have a picture of the same transaction. The amount was debited from me with the same serial number.

They requested the identity documents of the friends who made the transfer, ILLEGAL thing, I will file a complaint with the police. I requested them to transfer the money back, I clearly specified the id of the transfers and they don't want to return the money, still asking me to send them the identity documents of the 3 friends. To understand, the total amount is £50, from 3 transfers.

We initially approached this company as private individuals. We explained our activities (social networks - SMM services). The personal account was accepted without any questions, our website was approved, and we adjusted the terms to meet their requirements. Payments could be accepted without any issues.
However, personal accounts cannot process payments via online services. The process of providing public keys for connecting the payment form and verifying it took more than a month, and the keys were never provided. When we inquired about the necessity of these keys, we were asked questions unrelated to the payment service request. This raises concerns about the professionalism and knowledge of the company's staff.
After successfully verifying the personal account, we applied as an organisation. Filling out their form turned out to be extremely inconvenient and took about three hours, despite their claim of 15 minutes. The form contained numerous questions that violate international data protection and trade secret laws, which also casts doubt on the company’s legal awareness.
As a result, we were rejected. After discussing with several acquaintances, we learned that in 70% of cases, the registration of organisations with PayDo ends in rejection. This may indicate a biased attitude towards organisations and abuse of blocking personal profiles.
We spent a month working with their specialists, who proved to be uninformed about standard terminologies and procedures such as public and private keys, and tokens. This is unacceptable for a payment system.
Thus, we cannot recommend PayDo for collaboration with organisations, as their form violates international laws and requests confidential information. The time required to complete the form significantly exceeds the stated duration, and the company’s employees demonstrate a lack of knowledge. The company prefers to work with individuals as it is easier to manage and block their accounts.
All documentation and correspondence on this matter can be provided upon request.
UPDATED (We have sent confirmation of working with them, including the company name, so we will supplement this information): The first company was different; it was completed along with the standard profile and was accepted. The second company was rejected (the project remained unchanged). Interestingly, we were able to accept payments but could not connect them to the site.
Based on the information we currently have (collected from messages from PayDo), the reason for refusing to work with the second company may be related to our citizenship, which could fall under instances of persecution based on citizenship and nationality (persecution of a specific nation, which is an international crime against individuals and freedom). Our organisations are not Russian; they are registered in one of the world's leading economies and pay taxes. As owners, we do not reside in Russia and have the relevant confirmations. If this fact is confirmed, the relevant information will be sent to international media to create a precedent and initiate criminal prosecution of PayDo's management.

Customer service is another major letdown. Whenever I faced issues, whether it was a payment not processing or trouble with account setup, the response from support was either slow or unhelpful. I often felt like my concerns were being brushed aside with generic replies that didn’t address the actual problems.
