We recently switched to this payroll company and so far we are pleased with the overall service. The implementation staff in particular were very helpful and always available to answer queries. The software has some convenient shortcuts that make it easier to manage and access data.

1st Class Service
The level of service received over several weeks from our support team was 1st class. We were struggling as we needed to run our payroll without any training from the previous employee. Kevin @ Timescape & Sarah, Carol @ Payescape supported us from the very start to completion. They listened to our concerns, fully explained how the process works and hand held us through the process, often at short notice and for extended periods. They even liaised with our TimeEscape lead Kevin as and when required. As a customer I felt fully supported, valued and confident that Timescape & Payescape were the right provider for our needs. I would have no trouble in recommending both services to friends, customers and suppliers. With their support all of our staff were paid and on time.

Really intuative platform supplemented with impeccable customer service
We've been with Payescape for approximately 1.5 years and have had the smoothest and most efficient experience with every payroll situation since! The team, particularly Joel, has been fantastic in helping us with a huge range of actions from maternity pay schedules to switching to salary sacrifice pension, to last-minute new joiner onboarding.
