Payescape is a great payroll partner
Payescape is a user friendly platform, and the customer support is spot on. Whenever there is question, they are just an email away and usually would come back within a day. The effective communication is very important, especially for overseas client, like myself in a different time zone.
The platform takes care of the payroll calculation and able to prepare the formalities on its own. It is just simple and convenience.

The customer experience we have had with PayEscape has been second to none. With their support from the implementation stage to now being fully onboarded and completing our monthly processes for payroll, it is so reassuring to have a member of the Payroll Consultancy team on hand to answer any of your questions, relating to payroll or pensions.

Payroll made easy
The payroll portal takes most of the hassle out of payroll monthly. You don't need to worry about software updates, data back up, pension uploads and HMRC filing. It all works very well.
The monthly Reports are great and easily downloaded.
I would also like to add that all the staff at Payescape I have dealt with have been exceptionally helpful.

Payescape and Harris Group
Payescape offer a professional, value for money, secure and easy to manage payroll proposal for the Harris Group. Essentially they have taken all of the hassle and burden of maintaining a payroll system and provided an amazing easy to use and cost effective platform to meet all the needs of our UK based staff and HMRC requirements. The support of the staff is excellent, be it with the implementation team right through to the support staff. I could not recommend Glenn and Zara highly enough.

10/10 for customer support
Timely, accurate and proactive support, not to mention friendly, from the customer support team whenever I contact them for advice on either technical payroll issues or software/platform issues. I run payroll for 20 staff with a range of payroll circumstances that need updating regularly. If I need to call, it's easy to get through and the query is answered quickly.
A small point is that the available knowledge bank for the platform is not as extensive as it could be. However, this is not a barrier to use of the system as there is always help at the end of an e-mail or call.
