I incorrectly booked a flight…
I incorrectly booked a flight PER,AKL,TRG with 5hr lay/O in AKL, quickly opened chatbot to see if I could change flight. I knew i had fee payable flexi fare only with cancellation or full refund not in mind. Within 6-12 hours of chatbot & email correspondences Shane provided a LIMITED TIME OFFER OF CANCELLATION & FULL REFUND which was than taken over by Keren. The whole process was very smooth & by the 12th hour I have a full refund and the correct flight booked!!

Cancelled trip and trying to get a refund
After cancelling my trip and trying to stop the payment coming out? Cea was finally able to help me. I’m not happy that I have to wait up to 10 weeks for my refund to be paid back into my account. In this day and age surely the refund process should be quicker.

This is a great service that allows me to book flights and pay them off, I wouldn't be able to travel otherwise and the repayments are easily met.

At first, I was hesitant about purchasing; I did a couple of reviewing the reviews and messaged their customer service asking if it would not affect my credit score, and they said no. I give a try, and when I got the e-ticket and checked in with the airline, it was totally legit and if there are any airline changes they will inform you as well. I will definitely book again on my next trip.

Excellent customer service
I had a stressful experience trying to make my final payment, especially with my flight only 6 days away. We ran into several issues, from exceeding my daily payment limit to my bank flagging the transaction for security and fraud. Thankfully, everything was eventually processed successfully.
A huge thank you to Cath, who kindly allowed me to extend my payment twice even though my flight was only a week away. I really appreciated the understanding and flexibility.
And a special thank you to Cindy, who helped me through everything until the very end. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and responsive, always getting back to me in a timely manner. I was extremely stressed, so when the payment finally went through, I was honestly so relieved!
Thank you so much, Cath and Cindy, for your patience and support. You made a very stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate your excellent customer service!
