It took a few attempts
It took a few attempts before the chatbot was able to understand my request and then ask a "colleague" for assistance. It took patience but it all worked out in the end. I was able to cancel a double order and have my tickets sent to the correct email. Even though I understand the advantages of the tool, I would have preferred to talk directly to a person.

Anita was extremely helpful. I bought tickets as a gift for an 80 year old . I needed both signed to me to allow me to print them manually.
Anita was extremely friendly . I had problems providing some security proof of purchase and I can not thank Anita enough . It would have been quicker for her to end chat and I contact again at the end of the month however she persevered with me.

Helpful and efficient service
I needed to change my ticket for a concert I had booked and emailed the company who immediately replied and advised they would try their best to resolve my query. Within 24 hours I had received emails advising me what to do and a refund was issued and replacement tickets bought. Very happy with the polite and efficient way my query (totally my fault too) was dealt with.
