They are thieves. They put through a payment on my card (which you couldn’t do without last 3 digits.
I logged a claim but they closed it when I asked for an update.

I use Paymentico often to make purchases, process is really smooth and never faced any issues.

Total thieves. They will screw you. Not sure where these mamalukes are based probably Cyprus or some other hole but avoid this company like the plague. Trust me beware!

This company processes payments for a live video chat website. They overcharge, sometimes as much as 4 times the posted US$ cost, draining the customers' credit card.

I used my card for a live video and they charged me over eight hundred dollars I tried to get in contact with them and they have a answering machine tell you to leave your name in your card number I will never do business with this company again I want my money back I work to hard to be ripped off.

I tried to make a Mastercard purchase through your terminal, but you only offered two types of confirmation, Both were by voice & no other type. Why offer two if you are only going to do it one way, you gave me two like numbers & because of my bad hearing, I dropped one number. But my bank had already locked my card when I tried to make another purchase. Please offer a visual confirmation either by phone or email, both on my account as verifications. Because of your inefficiency, I will never use your service again. & I advise others to do the same.

Paymentico fraudulently charged me today 5 times. I never heard of them before today but obviously they are identity theft experts. The bank is closed until tomorrow so i locked my account to stop the theft from continuing.

On Sunday 13. November I found out that my account had been compromised through a cyber attack on Saturday 12. November.

I was worried and checked my credit card account. What I saw shocked me. Six transactions were done without my knowledge or authorisation. Hundreds of € were stolen.

I got myself together and contacted Paymentico customer support. They answered within 1 hour, asking me for further details and giving me instructions how to save my compromised account.

Their investigation took a couple of hours and still on Sunday 13. November Paymentico Customer Support answered that there is evidence for a cyber attack on my account and that they have refunded the last six unauthorised transactions. This morning on Tuesday 15. November I checked my credit card account and the money was successfully credited back into my account.

I could not use any words to express how happy I am.

Reading all the bad reviews regarding Paymentico I did not believe to get any help and now I made this wonderful experience far beyond imagination.

No joke, this was the best customer support experience I ever had. Light speed and very friendly support!!!

And I’m not from Cyprus, neither I have any invisible business connections to Paymentico. I’m just an ordinary guy from a small village in Bavaria, who was in trouble due to cyber attack.

I highly recommend to check your password safety. In these days we should change our old and comfortable short passwords to really strong passwords. Otherwise we can get into severe trouble!!!

I made a payment to stripchat,and then another company took money from my account,i want my money back please

I want all my payment and the account is not activated yet all my R15 000 that is gone I want it back

I want all 6 payments of my money back, I didn't authorise these payments what you are doing is fraud and my bank has been informed of this fraud

I got a fraud alert on my Mastercard and thank God my cc company denied it - looks like this site is used to fraudently charge cards with no description of what was purchased - it looks like it may be used for adult entertainment including gambling

This company made numerous transaction witch was over £800 pound out of my account witch a didn't even give them the authority to do so. I have never even heard of the company until a went into my branch and found out what the name was so a wrote to them and everytime it was a different person in every email that wrote back and all they could say was everything seems to be fine this side and a was like a didn't even authorise you do take anything

This company took money fraudulently from my 90 year old mothers account..

they kept calling her landline and she kept asking them to call her son ... but each time they called, she had given a small detail they asked her about for security.
Even though we had installed never to give information over the phone she thought it was ok because it was only one part to different people.. she feels very foolish for not realising It was a fraud to get all the information.. and now struggling with panic fear anxiety Of people robbing her ( you criminals are the worse kind I hope your caught)

Luckily we have LPA’s in place and look after her accounts or it could have been devastating

so if you see (paymentico - domestic Limassol) show on your account freeze your card immediately and contact the security team at your bank .. these people are criminals .. plz let your friends and family know

Paymentico billed my account without my approval. I need to know why they also refuse to reply to my requests to contact me. They owe me money. Very shady business.

This is a fraudulent billing company. I’m trying to dispute charges. Sent the information requested. I will update when I receive information back.
