My account was charged for a purchase that I had neither requested nor authorized. I made a claim on several occasions and they never answered or returned the money they charged me.

Took money out of my bank account without making any purchases

Payment processor based in Cyprus who deal in adult websites that are rife with credit card fraud, and If you look at the good reviews, they are all from Cyprus… what a surprise. I had my details stolen and Paymentico processed these fraudulent payments. I have no receipts, no way of knowing where the money was going and how it got there. They will tell you it is your fault and demand you give them all your phone numbers, bank accounts in an attempt to prove you are lying. My accounts were suspended thanks to them and they put me in thousands of pounds of debt. Good luck getting your money back if you’re a victim of fraud through them as they make you feel like a criminal.

This payment service Used my charge card fraudulently on 4/1/21. I have left 4 messages at all different times of the day. and they apparently donot feel it is important enough to return my calls. I gave them the option of seeing if it was a typing error. But as of today's date I have received no response. Luckily my charge card caught it and denied the charge so that's the good news.. I read the reviews and I thought this was a legitimate good company but apparently it may not be.....

Apparently I had a subscription that I couldn't remember of. When I registered my account I was eager to start using it so I didn't pay much attention upon completing my buy.

Mea culpa!

So I contacted them ready to start a fight but their support calmed me down explaining the whole situation and even showed all the info I was missing. Very transparent and I like that.

Problem solved and there was never an issue of "monkey business" as I had thought.

They are good to go.

This processor is amazing. Transactions are passing super smoothly and fast. Helpful customer support and willing to help with anything that may occur.

All my transactions are processed smoothly every time. I have contacted their support multiple times and they have solved ALL my problems fast and without any issues. Kudos for a top class product!

Stolen money out of my account wasn’t happy with the charges thankfully my bank gave it back to me

They hijacked my debit card and stole $300 from my bank account. Good thing my bank caught it in time and was able to refund my money back.

I was reviewing recent transactions because I didn't know where a lot of money went. I found 45 transactions in one month from them that I did NOT authorize. I immediately contacted my bank, changed my debit card, changed all of my passwords, and stopped using Google Chrome. My Google Pay account was hacked and they got my financial info and drained my account a little at a time.

Iv been charged$83.33 from paymentico and I haven’t purchased anything so you take money that’s not yours not happy at all

Paid for the purchase of tokens. The process was smooth and efficient. As you would expect from a purchase flow.

I purchased a bigger package compared to what i wanted so i contacted them for a refund. They refunded it so i could buy the smaller package. The answer took a bit of time but otherwise they were cool about it.

They charge me late unnecessary fees for something that I pay full price online, that almost close my bank account. Be careful when using Paymentico.

Have two unauthorized charges of 19.99. And I haven’t been to anysights today!! I’m not happy

Ok to use but they have some things to improve obviously
