I've been using Payop since summer 2020. There have been some ups and downs, I tried working with similar companies. Payop did some improvements in client support, whenever we have technical problems I message our manager and get a professional reply quickly. Good payment choice, competitive pricing, thoughtfull and quick support make difference.
I skiped some activities they offer, other payment companies keep spamming me to use their services more. Surprisingly Payop offered my website analysis and list of recommended payment methods for my auditory. I enabled some of them and received successfull payments. Highly recommend.

Now been waiting for 4 days for a deposit to clear despite the payment clearing from my bank straight away. No support from Payop and merchant just keeps telling me to wait and promising my money isn't lost ( sounds like a guilty conscience to me!!)

3rd update as you see that payop replied after blocking my email well payop you are the middle man you have a link on the site to use your services you then supply open banking my money is given to you then you give to Casino so therefore you are the middle man and like I stated you blatantly are aware of Charkes casino and the fraudulent site but to say you'll look into it to over a 100 people then you to are playing fraudulently as you are aware of all this and continue to allow people to trust their money with you

I myself will use Trustly services at least they refuse to work with the likes of Charles casino as does PayPal

I got a reply from Payop that they are not responsible for refunding me , now if you go down the lists of complaints alone on Trustpilot about Payop, you will see as far back.as 6 weeks they've responded to complaints regarding the fraudulent casinos, they replied to those stating, they would look into it
Now if I can get enough information on the Casino , Payop can too, but I'm assuming they must be getting a good deal financially from The Casino as an option for payment on their sites
Unfortunately for payop I have been legal advised that because I did my open banking with them they where responsible for my money and it wasn't just from my complaint they knew of the fraud Casinos they've known of it prior to taking my money through open banking and continue to take others knowingly its going to fraudulent people
I have forwarded this onto the financial conduct authority and Action Fraud
Hi I've recently used Payop to do open banking to play on Charles Casino , I've found out that Charles casino is actually a fake casino, no licence no address no name of ownership the lists go on yes you can play games etc and even win , but you'll never get a withdrawal, proof from Gambling Commission and Financial Conduct authority for that Casino is that they font have a licence anywhere , fraudsters, and to contact Payop for refund, as they state they take care of your money and it comes with insurance
So I contacted Payop on a reply from an email for receipt to Casino, to try and get all £240.00 GBP also £159 was winnings I'd rather have my deposits back dont care about winning at this stage , I've sent several emails to @Payop I keep getting Automated messages saying we're out of office when I click on contact us, it takes me to my PayPal
The Gambling Authority advised me to contact bth Payop and the Casino the Casino have blocked me and I can never get Payop during opening hrs as I send emails at different times to adjust with Vancoover times zone as that's the adress the advertise
I would love to hear from a human and not a bot or automated response

Been waiting 1 week for 2 payments which they told me my bank cancelled which is a lie because my bank confirmed them as sent I have tried to be reasonable but they haven’t done anything I am still waiting and they haven’t offered no compensation and keep blaming my bank and not taking responsibility I will recommend people do not use this as they will scam you and take your money this is not a trust worthy place please ignore the good comments look at the bad first a lot of people having the same problems i am very shocked which how I have been treated and upset and feel depressed PLEASE STAY AWAY PEOPLE YOU WONT Get your money
I will now have to do a charge back from my bank which will take another 2 weeks this is a joke and they need to be shut down for this something isn’t adding up too many people having the same problems

As per below reply from payop they have outright lied! I provided pay out with evidence that cosmobet are prohibited from carrying out transactions in the UK (because of their anjouan gaming license) - I then sent you a copy of YOUR company terms and conditions which state you only accept payments for people / casinos that are licenced to do so. You’ve breached your own terms and conditions and I’ve reported this to the Canadian government to look into.

Low conversion rate, extremely not user friendly admin interfaces with little functionality. Payop seems like stone age compared to modern advanced systems like Stripe.
And given all that they also annoy you with repetitive verification processes asking to upload the same documents over and over again.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

We keep processing with stripe since 4 years so there is not much frustration not to work with « payop » :) the frustration is far manageable
I don’t know pretty much your acceptance rule which are pretty specific. « Not relevant business model » as a feed back for a business with no chargeback and an amazing reputation made in 14 years is a narrow-minded and non relevant « appreciation » of people we won’t make business with

Tried to apply as our LLC needed a payment merchant. We've sent them every document possible, only to:
1. Receive a rejection notice.
2. Receive a ban notice that says "Consequently, we have disabled your account, which means all transactions are stopped, and you cannot withdraw funds"
3. Receive a site-wide ban on their website, even if not logged in.
To any person reading this, read point #2 again. "You are banned and you cannot withdraw your funds." In short, "We will rob you and block you from our website ENTIRELY so you cannot even access basic support." Avoid this company.

Hope this helps others who are trying to get their money back and based in the UK. Payop and Paydo are trading names of Ecommerce Technologies Ltd who are a UK based company and licensed by the FCA under licence number - 900916.
You have the right to submit a complaint the the Financial Ombudsman service and the FCA so I would advise that you do that if your story is like mine.
They allow illegal gambling companies such as Rolletto to process payments using Payop and take commissions for doing so. In Payops terms and condtions It states that - " It is strictly forbidden to send or receive payments related to unlicensed or illegal casinos and lotteries " They are well aware that these companies are breaching these terms and conditions but are not taking action. The only way they will take action is if you report Ecommerce technologies to the FOS. You may also be able to get your money back this way if the FOS rule in your favour.

Even the site said they had paid back my money ( scam reply ) there is no recap or help from pay op or transferop
