I too have been a victim of PayOp and…

I too have been a victim of PayOp and Mystake. I deposited money nearly 48hrs ago and money is nowhere to be seen. Mystake are claiming that they are waiting for a response from PayOp but they are just as bad as one another.

I have provided proof of the transaction, spoke to my bank and the next step will be to contact the police.

Reply - I won't be removing my review because my money should've never gone missing in the first place. The money should've appeared instantly but took over 48hrs. In my books, that makes your service below average.

Supporting illegal and criminal sites with payments

1* company.

Support scam and illegally operating casino websites to offer payments. In this particular circumstance allowed me to deposit £355.00 to mystake a rogue, unlicensed and criminal casino. They are clearly criminals money laundering and defrauding innocent people.

I will update this review once the payments are refunded. But as it stands Payop would rather ignore my concerns and hope I go away.

This is not the way to operate a legitimate business and your details will be passed to the appropriate police if you do not communicate with me.

Update: 19/06/23 - contacted multiple Payop representatives for comment and support and I have been blocked and ignored by them. No response in numerous days from Payop.

Truly shameful company.

Payop does not support scam websites or illegal companies.

Payop is a payment service provider that works/provides services solely to merchants(websites).

We do not provide goods/services directly to you except the payment to the website, in this case, our involvement starts when you pick up our payment scheme and ends once payment is successful.

Payop does not act as a marketplace, guarantor or middleman, but solely a payment processing system. All funds from your purchase go directly to the merchant(website). We can not grant any refunds on your purchase and do not have control over the refund process. In your case, we forwarded the inquiry to the merchant and received the required confirmations of your order fulfillment.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods/services provided by the merchant(website) please reach out to the merchant( website) to whom you submitted your payment for further investigation of your inquiry.

We kindly ask you to delete or amend your review since it is not related to Payop services.

Payop not charged back my payment

I used payop as a payment method to hustles casino .com

Hustles casino blocked my account before this payment was cleared

Now this payment has been cleared on hustles casino but I can not access this account

I have tried tirelessly to contact hustles casino but with no response

I have contacted pay op with no response

Why has this payment not been recharged

This has not been refunded

You have also taken more transactions from my bank unauthorised

I have put a formal complaint in to my bank and other authorities

How have you been able to take transactions/transfers from my bank account without my knowledge or authorisation

I used you once now I have hundreds taken from my bank account

I have my bank statement as proof of these unauthorised transactions/transfers

The worst payment method I have seen in…

The worst payment method I have seen in my life, I submitted all the required documents, and put the payop logo on my site, and in the end I was surprised by the unjustified rejection. I waited for a month in order to hear the word your project was rejected. Stripe, my account was activated in less than 5 hours, and this company has been working for a month, and they have not done anything, which means that they are not reliable.

Similarly to most payment systems, we prefer to work with projects without any suspicious activity that meet the expectations and has strong traffic and cash flow. Your first project was already on pre-approval step after the signed agreement. However, per your request, it was removed from the system (ticket 92519).
Unfortunately, your second project was declined due to our compliance reasons and internal policies. You have been notified about this in ticket103325.

Cant withdraw rub balance since…

Cant withdraw rub balance since september, all withdrawal methods removed. Also cant convert the rub to other currencies. Sent a few tickets already and they didnt give a date for the resolution of the problem.

At the moment there are difficulties with the implementation of withdrawal using this method, the payment provider that offers this service is currently undergoing new integrations, in this connection, there may be problems with the availability of the method.

worst payment methods we ever used. We have 1.00 dolar balance inside. Till we register they always write abd interested but when we wanted to withdrawn our funds, there is no support!!! Its like aa joke. There is no any respond for 2 months. worst costumer relations ı ve ever seen. Im afraid that you re scamer gateaway company

Please stay away from this company

Once again not answering to our tickets and not willing to pay out our 15k Euro. The last reply from them was on 15.09.2022. where we warned them that we will contact the police and our attorneys office.

We contacted the authorities on 03.09.2022. and are in a process of suing this company that is stealing our money and hopefully it will get resolved soon!

We noticed suspicious activity on your merchant account (https://www.gameboost.eu/ and https://www.lootstore.eu/) on 23 of May 2022 and in the course of our cooperation asked you to provide information to clarify the transaction several times (26, 31 of May):
- a compliance request,
- requests for confirmation of the services provided by you.
Unfortunately, you have not provided us with full required documents and have not verified your business activities and suspicious transactions. Failure to provide documents violates the service agreement and leads to account freeze up to 180 days from the date of last chargeback and/or claim related to your transactions.
A notification letter of the account closure and the date of settlement (in case of the absence chargebacks or refunds) was sent to the contact email you had previously provided.

My experience is the worst possible

My experience is the worst possible. - - 80 % of transaction are rejected
- cripto transaction always requires me to open a ticket to investigate (never automatic)
- customer service confusing and ineffective
- very expansive fees everywhere

To finish I start having chargebacks, which I responded properly as they recommend and they took all the money, no feedback why and at the cost of U$66 each one.

Resuming, I lost much more than earned with those fckrs.

I recommend to stay away

Dont waste your time with payop

Dont waste your time with payop. Completely unprofessional!
I had all my business documents and projects verified and accepted. Spend 1 day programming my websites to checkout with payop. Did add 2 more websites to the account. Today I found an email that they are going to terminate the cooperation! Without any explanation! Plus 5 more emails that my previously verified projects are being denied! Not logic at all. Why verify and accept and then 4 days later decline. Looks like you need to take your chances with their unprofessional staff and their individual moods to get accepted or declined! Stay away and dont waste your time with them. Better go with a trusted provider. If they fool you like this it will even be worse once you accepted payments. Guess you will then only see your money if the support agent feels like it…

Just tried to do my first withdrawal of…

Just tried to do my first withdrawal of 100 bucks. few hours later their "Risk team" stopped the withdrawal and demand to provide a bunch of data on several transfers. This data affects the description of the services provided and the personal data of my customers. Asked them on what basis they are requesting this now, will update this review.

Received the money back to the balance and successfully withdrew it soon. However, the situation was not pleasant.

Absolutely non professional

Absolutely non professional, arrogance and NON supported team. They verified my business type, verified my personal account.... and start to reject and declined my listed projects and websites. No reasons, no support, doesn't want to clarify the reason of declined. Spend 1 week to verify my account and after that receive this: "Thank you for getting back to us.
Your project was rejected by our compliance. Our compliance team carefully checks if each and every project fits the companies requirements. Therefore, although, we indeed work with your business model, it still doesn't ensure the successful verification of your project.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any additional information due to the internal security policy and onboarding policy." And they don't want to tell me how to proceed to verifiy the projects with business type that this company already accept!!! Total Disaster!
