I have used the system for years

I have used the system for years. It is great. PayRange does not fix the machines your vendor does I had one problem with PayRange charged me twice reported it was refunded in 2 days. It is so convenient. Love it. This is a large complex .

The worst app and customer service…

The worst app and customer service EVER. Four times in last few months, PR has 'added funds' that I didn't authorize. Last incident four days ago -- $125! When you're on a fixed income and it's end of month, it's a nightmare to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Customer service will not tell me how to add my email address to my account, so it takes forever to reach them for help.

It overcharges For a transaction fee…

It overcharges For a transaction fee for instance an actual load charge is $1.75 but the pay range will take 2.0 - 2.25 which means 77.77 -87% percent of the cost.

This is over the cost of the senior independent living. But not sure where else!

Moreover, when you call support if the machine is stuck with your payment; the option is to put it on hold and go get the change.

Awful

The machines don’t work but I was charged TWICE. Can’t reach a customer service for help - no answer from the email.

The worst

The worst. Since my complex has started using payrange, the machines are always broken and the app tends to randomly just take money and then it takes forever to resolve the situation and get your money back- if you do at all. Total scam. If your complex moves these in- move out. That is a sign your complex has given up trying for any good standards.

On my app that I downloaded for Pay range. It says buy now pay later since Im a loyal customer I have tried everything to get this feature. I've e-mailed Pay range many times to get the same response which does not help me at all either it's false advertisement for them to post that in the app. or they just don't care about their customers or it's both either way that is not how you treat your loyal customers !!

Got a refund

I was overcharged, but after submitting a complaint they refunded my money, so I am happy about that.
The app still has unnecessary intrusive ads and is not that pleasant to use.

Reliable and works well, no solution for mechanical timers

The system works well on 20 machines in our resort for over a year now. Good reporting and timely payments. Fees are reasonable and modules are reliable (except the user errors). We ordered 2 timer modules over a year ago. At the time, their website said it had 6-8 weeks lead time. It still says so, but they are not able to ship these units for 11 months now because of their supply chain issues. Knowing the problem, they still keep accepting orders with the same 6-8 weeks notice.

Update: the module is not available anymore so we had to build ourselves for dryers with mechanical timer. They let us use the payment for other modules.

If I could rate this business zero I…

If I could rate this business zero I would. This is what they are a big zero. Take people's money. Imagine all the dollars they steal from each customer. The refunds nott completed. I don't care if its 50 cents its my 50 cent I work for not Pay Range. The laundromats need to stop using there services. The customer service line is a big joke. They don't return emails. I am starting to wonder are they robots like the chat. The first time I
used their app I used the wrong machine and got refunded. This last experience the machine said one price but the app took more money than what the machine stated. I requested a refund and was advised I would get a 1.00 back but instead they azz took my 1.00. I reached out to them several emails and no response other than someone is working your request. They will never get another dime like my place where I live at the machines are garbage

Fraud

The BBB website says this business is out of business
They are fraudsters; file a complaint with the FTC so they will be fined and shut down, and more importantly others won't be preyed on; any amount of funds they keep that is yours is a crime; any
Reportfraud period gov forward slash hashtag forward slash assistant, or just google report a business for fraud

I use this application

I use this application, but every time I need to refund because one the machines didn’t work, the chat center seems that don’t understand and keep asking me what I need. Then I followed the instructions for refund, then says that there is not an email attached to my account. But every time I add founds to my account I have a receipt on my email.
My point is that every time they don’t refund the money, is money that they steal from every customer. I know is only 2 dollars but is not the amount of money is the act that bothers me.

I just moved from my building and contacted them for my refund. I asked them for a 3 month run down of my account, they refused. they are fraudulent. they stated that they refunded me $25 that I have yet to see. I have bee going back and forth for 3 weeks now. I know I had more money than $25. why would it be exactly $25 with no change it's not $24.75 it's exactly $25 which is not possible. They are keeping part of my money these people are crooks . I recommend all these HOS or Apartment owners that use them to go elsewhere. there are other good companies out there. these people are thieves.

I contacted PayRange and PayRange will…

I contacted PayRange and PayRange will not issue a refund for my remaining balance because of an arbitrary 90 day return policy. I am not asking for the refund of a good or service; I am asking for my own money that is held by PayRange without my consent. There was no reminder that I only have 90 days to get my balance refunded. I cannot find any local businesses that accept PayRange as form of payment. I would like the remaining balance refunded.

It Used To Be A Good Company

Payrange used to work great...then they forced me to update the app. Never a good omen. Since then the app won't talk to the machines half the time and the other half of the time the app says the machines are unavailable. What?....at that time all of the machines were not in use. I had to scrounge around for quarters real quickly because I already put in the soap. Tried Emailing the company and it took forever to get a nonsense answer back. The company must have been sold to some overseas Aholes who are trying to run a cheap ship. Don't bother using Payrange any more.
