OK if anyone has had a problem with these tell your bank. You will only be able to get three months refund back. We got over 400 pound refund from them. If you paid over 3 months ago then you wont be able too. The bank will treat it as fraud.

Looks like this company has gone lucky I got my item after 7 payments I didn't pay my last 5 payments can't get hold of anyone

How do you contact them? Their email and phone line doesn’t work anymore, they collected £225.78 from my account without anything being delivered!!! I’ve sent them a few emails with no response, the phone line doesn’t work only playing music when you rang it, I’ve sent an email this morning the email address is completely doesn’t exist anymore I can’t believe I’ve been scammed!! I will get my money back

I got my first order in time but wen i done my second order i made 7 payments and they said my item isn't in stock this has now been a few months and i have sent emails and everything and now im getting totally blanked when i asked for my refund of the 7 payments i have made over £150 and now you can't even email you what the heck is going on man just give us our money back time to hit the papers i think with this one what you all think everyone as the i have the owners name in a couple of the emails the did reply back to

I have been waiting 5 months now i think for my item to be dispatched, like everybody else theyve been taking payments but kept telling me it wasnt in stock we are waiting for it to be dispatched, i havent heard anything back in two months now & the phone number doesnt work it just plays a tune, noone responds to emails and the website is down now also SCAMMERS!!

i have paid £145 so far in payments phoned which cut off after 15 mins ringing and then website closed due to tech problems now web site has gone how do i get a refund

Like other customers I am still waiting for my item but they are still taking money. No response from phone or email, their supposed app doesn't work. I think we've been conned

I have paid 6 weeks instalments on my item. I have not received any notification regarding the dispatch or delivery of my item. I have emailed and phoned for 2 days straight and have not received any response. Shocking service and obviously a scam as far as I'm concerned. Should be ashamed of yourselves ripping hard working people off.

Payed 10 payments adding upto £150 should've received item on 6th payment and when I rang up they said they didn't even have my item in stock and I had to get my bank to get my money back for me. Waste of time.

Since I paid the week 6 to receive my purshase you guys keep on insisting that your unable to withdraw the rest, also I’ve called no one respond, it’s been over 5 weeks already
This is really annoying and will affect my credit score in the future.
Need someone to get in touch for my refund or to resolve to receive the laptop .

£500 per month i was told to expect 6 to 15 leads per day, I received 10 leads in two months. I sent a Email two Payper customer and cancelled my account, tried calling got no response.They are still taking money from my account. [THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF]

I will not call you because I have already tried and I hear the same answer as in the email below. if the fault is on your side, I should get the equipment because I fulfilled the contract. Moreover, if the payment system is not working, how is the payment receipt updated? at the moment your lack of professionalism causes me to believe that I have been deceived. please send me the equipment immediately or refund the entire amount that I have already paid.

wouild of gave you five stars, got my item after 6 payments and happy with it but it not true what is says on there FAQ on there website that after completing your first plan, on the next one you can get it dispatched straight away and can take it upto 12 months this time, think you need to update your website as it clearly not true, that the reason I'm only giving you 3 stars, should be ashamed of yourself as you giving out false information on the FAQ on your website

Really good service,only problem i have had is that i was asked if i wanted to pay weekly or 2 weekly or monthly,i chose 2 weekly but you have been taking it weekly instead.
