The worst! Don't do it!! They keep taking unauthorized payments out. I reached out to them through chat and email 2 weeks ago to stop the payments. No one will respond! Can't delete account.
Won't give refunds
I was charged a lot of money for a purchase and then it was declined. They have my money and I have contacted them several times and I still don't have it refunded. Now, my second payment on that purchase is about to come up and I don't even have anything to show for it.

BE AWARE, no matter what you do any time you use a bank or debit card with this app, they completely store all your information, and with pull payments without you approving, will never let you erase or switch banks, ignore emails, no live person with customer service, have ignored my emails about needing to switch my debit card, they have sent my credit union account into closing, they refused to answer or listen to emails!! The few people that run this business are crooked! I even emailed the CEO and vice president with no response have proof in screenshot

I had an issue with my account (fraud). They assured me they would remove my payment method whole thing is were resolved. They didn't. What they did do was continue to debit and ignore my messages making the process of switching thi gs over that much more awful.

I wish I didn’t have to leave a star but I thought four was cool to have after getting charged for a payment that’s not in my plan $40.72 I’ve tried emailing pleading with them even texting in the help center they don’t answer back they stole my money they have no explanation into why this charged was charged and let’s not forget the late fees if I’m 3 hrs late he goes the late fee if I’m one day late here goes the late fees I’m so fed up they don’t answer back they clearly state if I pay before 7 days the late fee won’t be applied lies!!

Horrible Horrible, customer service phone number is only a recording. The is no love person you can speak with. I have emailed them even sent several messages through the app. Still no one has not responded back. I have been trying to contact someone since December. I had an order that I returned. But I was charged a late fee the day after four pay had refunded me my money for the return which doesn’t make since. Also if you have an issue with your order like if your order never arrived or it get lost in mail just know Four Pay is going to still expect you to pay for that order. The company do not have a real customer service team. So you are on your own. The do not have a dispute team that will assist you. So if you use this service make sure you purchase from a reliable company. Me personally I will be deleting the app.

I made a purchase in November that ended up being canceled. By the time eBay issued the refund I had already paid 2 installments. I chatted with CS they said they would issue a refund within 10 business days. I’ve been sending emails and messages no one replies back. This company is a joke, never again! I do not recommend it!

I made a purchase with Pay with four in the amount of $217. After this, I returned the item. Pay with four told me that they issued me a refund and put my payments on hold but took a payment out of my bank account anyway. They also refunded me only $54.26. Do not use them!

App isn’t working. States i have spending power but when I clock in any store it says “$0 low spending” makes no sense y. No late payments as a matter of fact I’ve paid early. I was told today by an emailed message that I should wait 30 days before attempting to use again… well guess what I’m not using it ever again this site is a rip off and preying upon folks is not right …
They steal your money
I’ve placed ordered and had them canceled yet I never received my money back for them. I pay everything off and on time yet my spending power has gone down to zero. No customer service to speak with someone

I’ve never missed a payment, in fact have paid EARLY & only $30 left before it’s paid off. WHY ON EARTH can I not use my available spending limit??
And of course you can’t get ahold of customer service. They found out my issue and then stopped replying. Unacceptable!
