zilch better than klarma

the members of the zilch team were very helpful because I wanted to know exactly how the card works and how the 6 week works and over 3 months work . before I do eney perchance. and to make 100% shur you can make the payments with no problems. the member of the team explained to me exactly so I know 100% how to use the services. and I would phone back iff I needed to speak to the team pluss I was telling my friends about the zilch card and they were saying it was better than klarma by far .I highly recommend this card as a option aspeshely iff you want spread the cost over 6 weeks or over 3 months. .mark

Used Zilch for a couple of years

Used Zilch for a couple of years. Everything OK until I had to fork out for some house repairs, recently. Which upset my finances for a short while. Went through the bot thing. They allowed me to leeway to get hold of funds on half a dozen installments. Gave me until 20 June to pay card up.Then they would review.Acc was blocked. Anyway I was able to pay a lot quicker, all settled up by 20 MAY. Left it a couple of days and still blocked. Tried contact human. Got the bot and then advised I think by humans that they could not do anything for about at least three more days and then they would review. Anyway I hate this going thru bot thing. Then I began to look at the fees I had been charged over the last few months. Very few purchases were fee free. Looked at what they would charge if purchases over £75 for six weeks and the exorbitant amounts if over three months. Too much. After a bit of thought I decided to close the account. Which I did. It had a credit limits of 1200/1800. Which shows overall I was a VG payer. I think they want to make as much money as possible with this new fee structure. I think they have also tinkered about with the way u make a purchase using card in wallet. Card details changed, or something. Just seemed harder to use when at checkout, as well. Anyways, goodbye Zilch.

Such used to be brilliant. No longer good service.

Such used to be brilliant. Other than the customers service is utterly appalling but the last few months as I used to use it all the time and pay off early, it’s rubbish. No longer an incentive to pay off early so as the fees are higher I don’t bother as I’ve paid more to use it. Also twice this month it’s taken over six when authorised for over three months, and just now took full balance when it was not authorised for pay now. I double check so I know what I’m authorising. When I spoke to C.S about the pay over six they said it can’t happen, well it did and it HAS happened before as they apologised and put it to the terms I asked for. I’ve got the emails they sent me to to prove it DOES happen. After today’s fiasco I won’t bother contacting C.S but I also won’t bother using Zilch again. It’s now cheaper to use my C.C anyway as paying early I don’t get charged what Zilch charge. Hilarious really when the founder apparently started zilch due to mitigate high credit card charges. Didn’t take long to see the ££££ signs. I don’t mind paying but not when my C.C is cheaper as I generally pay off quite quickly. So it’s pointless.

Excellent customer service from Zilch. I had a disputed transaction and the team handled everything very efficiently and professionally. The process was quick, communication was clear, and I received my money back within just a few days. Really impressed with how smoothly everything was resolved. Highly recommended!
