It’s been over a week now and I still, can’t register my debit card. All I get is Your card could not be linked to your account. 3 different colleges have all been helpful in their support, but with today’s technology, I would have expected a faster response to solve this.

Don't actually know how good this site is because you have to make an account, verify email, add card, verify card, verify IDand I stopped here because the site wont even let you BROWSE unless you do all this crap. Hard pass, sort yourselves out. People don't want to do all this to then realose you sell trash. Let people browse first of all!

So again i have issue and i going to…
So again i have issue and i going to report financial ombudsman . Zilch its hold all refunds without any resons online stores affordablemobiles refunded money and send emails for proof but zilch its working on it Really Zilch ? Customer service its a joke !!! B&Q store online a payment wasnt accepted but Zilch again its working on it and i can not get my Refund !!!! Its a joke if i do not get my refunds today i going report this to financial ombudsman .

Awful customer service
No issues with using the account as long as everything goes smoothly it seems. Had a glitch this week and having wasted over 40 minutes on 'live chat' I'm at my wits end.
Answers from agents are repetitive, banal, slow, unhelpful and feel scripted to the point AI felt more human and solution driven.
This has been a really frustrating experience!
