Always a fan of pazzion but this time
Always a fan of pazzion however this time round the product is disappointing. I bought a sandal and a cover shoe.. the sandal base is of different colour and the covered shoe is so hard that cause pain the moment i wear.. I have use cream and candle to try to soften the shoe and even use plaster but the shoe is so hard that the plastic was torn and cause blisters.. So far the shoes I bought was great but these 2 pairs is really disappointing

You website's problem.
What happened was that I were making purchase on 31 March on your website to enjoy the sales offer which would end on 31 March. After keyed in the consignee details etc, your website kept on indicating that I needed to choose a shipping plan, surprisingly, there was no option under shipping for me to choose from. Therefore, I was not able to make payment that night. The next day, I wrote an email to your customer staff, only 5 days later, after I sent a reminder, then I received the reply, it was quite delayed. The staff replying my email was actually quite helpful. The 2stars is meant to the maintenance of your website. It has caused quite some trouble to me, not only the double work, but also the gone of the additional discount on the sales items. Hope this won't happen again in future. Thank you very much!

Huge let down.
I placed an order on 5/4/21. Tracked the parcel, And it was assigned to pick up on 6/4/21 however the parcel was not ready. Pickup was assigned again on 7/4/21 and enroute to hub but no updates up till today 8/4/21. First time ordering online but not a first time customer shopping at Pazzion. It could have been better than this.

Good products but very high hidden costs
Good products, good look and materials , good list price but VERY HIGH COSTS for delivery and custom !!! Size af shoes fit very small , if you want change shoes Pazzion give you the service ( even if often products are out of stock!!) but you have to pay another two times delivery: first delivery to give products back and second delivery to you !!! At the end , changing the product I had : cost of shoes 120 + 30 cost for delivery + 75 cost for custom + 60 cost for delivery back + 30 cost for second delivery with the right products !!! NOT ACCETABLE TO PAY 120 for products and 195 for delivery and custom to have the right products!!!!
