I've ordered a DELL laptop battery and have been waiting for it to be delivered to me for almost 5 months. Despite that, it never got delivered to me. The seller is making up ridiculous excuses and offering only a partial refund. Stay away from this website.

It is one of the worst shops I have ever used online. I ordered a laptop battery that has not arrived after 1 month. No proper response from the customer service as well. The tracking number provided does not work at all. Looks like a fake online shop.

Der Shop suggeriert ein deutscher Anbieter zu sein.
Die erstelle Rechnung (EMAIL) enthält keine Firmenanschrift, keine Telefonnummer und weist keine Mehrwertsteuer aus.

Kein Impressum, keinen deutsche Anschrift, keinen deutsche Telefonnummer und deutsche Rücksendeadresse.

Die Sendung enthält keine Rechnung und die Ware kommt aus China.

Es wird angeblich Original-Ware verkauft. Aber für den deutsche Zoll werden alle Firmennamen mit schwarzen Klebeband fein säuberlich überklebt.
Der Zoll würde vermutlich die Ware beschlagnahmen.

Wenn etwas nicht passt gibt es im Prinzip kein Geld zurück, denn eine Rücksendung auf eignen Kosten (wie gefordert) ist aus Kostengründen nach China nicht sinnvoll.

Ein Rückversand (international) von Akkus (Gefahrengut) ist eigentlich nicht möglich!

In einem Garantiefall oder einer Falschlieferung will kein Kunde das Porto für eine Sendung nach China bezahlen (40-50 EUR). Der Verkäufer fordert Euch aktiv auf bei einer Retouren-Sendung eine falsch Deklaration für den chinesischen Zoll zu machen (1$ Warenwert).

Obwohl ich bei einer .de Adresse mit einer Deutschen Firma gerechnet habe, war die Antwort auf Englisch und die Firma aus China. Es gibt noch nicht einmal ein Warenhaus in Deutschland. Es wird klar, das mir das Geld nicht vollständig zurück gezahlt wird. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen NICHT empfehlen. Unter keinen Umständen.

The battery is of excellent quality both in size and performance. Difficult to say if it is an original DELL or not but for now it is all looking and working fine. The delivery took a few weeks but that's ok if you know to expect this.

The goods are really fine. The support answers fast to english questions and is helpful.

When ordering I was thinking it would be a German shop, but it is Chinese and you can see this in some informations. As it was not urgent in my case, the shown delivery time was no problem for me.
