I am sorry you only allow 5 star…

I am sorry you only allow 5 star rating. After my experience with your help staff, I would give you a rating of 10 stars. I had trouble activating 1 of the 2 Windows 10 license keys I bought from you at an amazingly low price. I easily contacted your staff which appears to be available 24/7. I am vision impaired and it took extra long to resolve the problem because of my limitations.. Your representative kept telling me, take your time, no rush. So, I will be buying 3 more license keys in the near future, what more can I ask for, you give extremely great prices and support when I need help, you truly are what your name says PC BEST BUY.

I hate the MS Office 2019 and I haven't…

I hate the MS Office 2019 and I haven't been able to use it yet, because I dont want my data in a cloud, and I do not want to login to MICROSOFT every time I open the program. I would like to get my money back if there is any way I can convince you to do that. I will give you a five-star rating if I can return the goods and get my money back. I still have my old Office 2010, and if I had known it would be this much trouble I never would have upgraded.
