Selling phones from other markets without advice
Poor companies usually do that. Get phones for other markets and selling them in Spain but with some problems. In my case, was a Samsung Galaxy made for Hungary and sold in Spain. Result: Samsung Services limited, late updates, Samsung Pay not available and others.
Some companies that do that indicates in advance this circumstance. But not the case of PcComponentes.

My card got declined after paying
As the title says, my credit card got blocked and instantly recieved a message where they asked me to contact my bank's customer support at another number, different from the official one. That's clearly a phishing attempt. Beware

NVME Disk SCAM
I bought a NVME disk, 4 TB BIWIN. The invoice is prepared for 4TB, the announcement was for 4 TB... but received the 1 TB version. When I requested an explanation, the aswer was " sorry it was a mistake..." well the same 1 TB much cheaper in Amazon where everything is much more smoother. It was in the Black Friday and all the advetisement was for this.
So, it is more like a scam, I would say : JUST AVOID.

Amazing service
Just like magic, I ordered my computer on Thursday PM and it was delivered on Friday morning. Super well packed including all of the component boxes. I also bought the VIP service package which allows me to schedule a call back time. Was able to schedule the next day and with their help got all the LEDs the same color. Great experience all around.

Delivery dates not true — misleading information
I ordered 4 PC components total 1.045€ on Monday morning, and all products said delivery would be made between 4/11 and 6/11. However, I later received an email saying my order hasn’t even left the warehouse due to a supplier delay with the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor. The order is still stuck at "Paid" and nothing else
Today is 6/11, and I still haven’t received anything. The company clearly advertised false delivery dates, which is misleading and shows poor stock management. If the item wasn’t available, that should have been stated before purchase.
Please send my products as fast as possible, as I ordered expecting delivery within the stated timeframe.
Avoid this company if you expect accurate delivery information.

VERY GOOD even if...
Well, I really want to be as honest as possible.
My order was a 2k desktop PC.
The order arrived a bit late since one of the components resulted unaivalable after I placed the order (even if at the beginning it was ready to be delivered the next day) and reading some of the surveys that were already present I got a bit worried about it.
Here the customer service played a crucial role since it has been very present and they replied to my doubts, for some of the questions/requests they took a bit longer to reply.
At the end, after 10 days from the expected delivery date the PC arrived and even if I was a bit afraid it was all perfect! (I'm writing this review from it.)
I even paid for the anonymous package and they correctly used it.
As summary I can say that the waiting period worth it even if I remained a bit suspended (since I paid all in once and since I read the reviews).
