We were not happy with our therapist, Scott. Besides cutting our extremely expensive session short, he showed an unusual interest in my and my husband's sex life. We both thought this was strange, so I asked a therapist friend whether or not the number and depth of his questions were protocol and she assured me they were not. We will not be returning.

3 stars is not a reflection of the company, or my therapist! I am just getting into therapy for the first time, and I am nervous because I always here people talking about shopping around for therapists to find the right fit. I don't have a lot of money to be shopping around, but I really want to fix my issues. I guess I am just curious as a whole if this company has ways to review therapists, before hand... or I guess other testimonials, finding the right fit is weirdly the most daunting part of this for me.

It was okay. The building is older and they should make payment plans available instead of making a payment upfront for appointments.

I’ve been waiting for some help and for someone to listen to me rant and vent.. you can’t help everyone else and not help yourself . life is all about chances and risk.

From the greeting as I entered, to the ease of talking with my counselor, everything was top notch.

I am currently in a little bit of a slump and needed to find someone to talk to. They were able to get me in the very next day. I reached out requesting an appointment online and received an email response very quickly. The whole process went very smoothly!

I have not been feeling well and was pleased that the option of a Telehealth visit was available! I prefer an in office visit but having a second option is great. Rich is a great counselor, easy to talk with and he listens!

I immediately felt comfortable opening up to my therapist. It was our 1st meeting and she did not make me feel weird about anything I was telling her there was no judgement. She also was on time and did not rush me out of her office 15 mins before time like therapist have done in the past the whole session was an actual hour instead of 45 mins.

Lauren Smith was very personable and easy to talk to. This was my first visit but she made me feel so comfortable and had me opening up to her immediately! I left my initial appointment feeling excited about the journey ahead although I know it won’t be easy but well worth it.
