Ordered from Amazon and as another reviewer stated, I got posted a sheet of paper saying that the laptop will arrive as a separate item. That was classed as being a laptop delivered in the Amazon and Royal Mail process. Nothing else heard from them again. Not sure why they take money for items they obviously do not have. I was lucky and got immediately refunded through Amazon. Sounds like not so lucky for others. One to avoid but it also makes me realise that the trusted Amazon Brand are happy to use untrustworthy companies like this even when customers report problems, so maybe try to buy more local if at all possible.

I ordered a computer from this company on the 18/11/2025 for delivery within 6 working days and here we are on the 14/12/2025 still no computer have tried emailing phoning contacting via there web site and there chat box many times since the date of order all without reply only received invoice and tracking number which shows parcel dropped off at post office if you check this number today it shows as still at post office so I can only think I have been scammed to the tune of £395.00 some people have written on here that they have got goods they have ordered but I do not believe them

Sold me a laptop, but only sent a piece of paper. A complete fraud.

Terrible customer service and no contact since order placed online with promise of next day dispatch. Placed order 10 days ago and they don't answer the contact phone. When somebody does pickup they tell you a story about dispatch. Beware trying to order from this company. Still waiting for goods but they have taken my money. It's a shame, given after many chase up calls the kit arrived and is a good price for the spec. It's the bit getting it to the house from order that's the problem..

Scammers. Zero contact since my order was placed, they don’t reply to emails or answer the phone. They should not be allowed to sell online and have been reported to the police

I ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 from this company via Amazon in early August - and it is now nearly September. Amazon marked the package as potentially “lost” so I did some digging. The initial tracking number provided was false, and after chasing this up, I was provided a week later with a second Royal Mail tracking number (24h courier) that, while functional, showed no progress beyond “seller has despatched the item” for five days (and no apology for the delay). When I called the company to inquire (14 days after the initial order), I was told they were looking into it and that they operated on the assumption that their parcels arrived “unless told otherwise” - the intimation being that my first order had been either lost or stolen. Given that the post office is a two minute walk from their depot, it seems odd how it was lost before it even reached the mail centre. The laptop did eventually arrive via Royal Mail, but a full 16 days since the first order.

I was looking forward to receiving two laptops that I ordered from this company through Amazon. A swift free delivery was promised and I did receive a swift free delivery. However, instead of two laptops, only one was delivered and the one that did get delivered, the free KyyWee accessories were not delivered. I contacted Amazon Customer Services via their "in-app" method to report this. In Amazon's opinion it was a case of tempering and I was told to report this to the police and raise a crime reference number. I was not able to see any damage whatsoever to the packaging.

I ordered two of these laptops:

HP 17.3" FHD Business Laptop 2024, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 12th Gen Intel Core i3-1215U (6-Core, Beat i5-1135G7), Wi-Fi, Long Battery Life, Webcam, Numpad.

I have obtained a crime reference number now I have been told that I have to get a PDF file, a JPEG or a link to the crime report.

How I wish I had taken my time to read all the reviews for this company which have been posted on Amazon before ordering two laptops from this company.

£1,398 in total paid for them and I don't even know if I will be able to get my second laptop.

So very sad.

With great regret I have to report my bad experience with this Company. I ordered a laptop via Amazon. It was delivered promptly. Upon inspection it was found that the specification of the laptop received was significantly different to the description on Amazon. It is also noted that the serial number on the laptop differed from the serial number on the packaging. It has been returned. I would have awarded a significantly negative rating if available.
